People are friendly. But sometimes it doesn't open on the hours that it's supposed to open.

Excellent good small town people. I had the wrong address on a piece of mail and I asked them if they could catch it before it was returned. Sure enough they did and on top of it they were friendly about it. It's good to know that small town communities are still one of places that care about more than just themselves.
