I bank threw you guys in GF, ND and you are honestly the best bank ever!! Jenny Swang convinced me to get a bank account there and it was the best idea. Since then, I got a personal loan & my credit has went up significantly!! I appreciate all this bank does!! I HIGHLY recommend everyone banking here

They used to have such amazing service in Jamestown but seriously the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've been with them over 10 years. I will be switching banks!

Opened an account today with Nicole Oas and she was fantastic, friendly, knowledgable, and efficent. She made sure we understood every step and was more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure we understood mobile banking. We were greeted with a smile, a hello, and a how can I help you. The switch from Citizens to this company was horrible. Totally unorganized and no one had any answers. On top of that they actually lost my title!! Now, because of them I get to wait in line at the DMV to attempt to get a new title.

I have been trying to call all locations in Grand forks over and over since Thursday. No on answers ever! I'm so fed up with this change over. I was a member with citizens for over 6 years and even have worked there in the branch on 32nd for 9 months. There is no customer service left in the locations and this switch to first community has had no communication with members. Very disappointed. It's sad I live 30+ miles in the country and I have to drive to Grand forks just to get someone to give me my new bank account number. DISAPPOINTED!!!!! I will be switching banks. Thanks for nothing fccu
