“Nice interior. Has a drive through teller. Even though this location is on the smaller side, they are big on service provided. The staff always seem to be happy and eager to help you. Our service group had a business account here, and they were always helpful with that. Free chocolate chip cookies are sometimes available and they are a tasty treat for stopping by.”

“I was vacationing in North Dakota from my home near Mankato Minnesota when I found I needed an emergency car loan to get home! Bravera Bank gave me a car loan quickly and without hassle. Once home I was able to pay the car loan off. Bravera was helpful giving me the payoff amount. Jill cheerfully helped secure a lien release for my car title. My interaction with Bravera was brief, but very pleasant. If I lived in North Dakota, I would move my finances to their establishment!”
“I'm really disappointed with Starion. I've been a customer for well over 10 years with the first 9 of these being wonderful. Unfortunately, Starion really needs to invest in itself. This bank is really lagging in technical support that EVERYONE now uses. For the last 4 months, the online banking option has been "down due to technical issues" on the first of the month. When I check back a day later the meager online services are now up. This leads me to believe it is a server load issue. The big problem for me is that this takes a day (or two) away for paying bills. Consequently, I have had a few bills that are late by these few days. This costs me money and really kind of makes me mad. I think I'm really going to have to switch banks. Consumers need reliable online banking resources in this day and age. UPDATE - Starion has contacted me about this yelp and seems committed to work with me. I'll change my rating pending the outcome of troubleshooting. To their credit, they took the problem seriously enough to make contact with a customer who was dissatisfied.”

“This credit union is great. I was a member of Genie Watt Credit Union and it was purchased by Railway. This credit union is great! I have always been treated with respect and understanding. The people are wonderful. They all remember who I am and are very couteous. I could not find a better place to have my savings and checking account.”
