Sitting in Culver’s Mandan at this moment. Ordered 6 concrete mixers- 3 were very similar. When brought to our table, none were labeled and we couldn’t tell whose was whose. I took them to the counter to ask - the employee didn’t know - she asked the gal that made them and she didn’t know - I talked to the manager and he didn’t know. Waited for them to remake those 3 and label them. They brought over 4: 2 that were not even ones that were the issue. So, I never did get the one I ordered. The employees, including the manager were very unhelpful with an ambivalent attitude. Why on earth wouldn’t items be labeled, especially when they’re all vanilla with different crumbles mixed in that you can’t tell what they are?! The ice cream may be good, but not if you don’t ever receive your order - and the service was awful.

I normally really enjoy Culver's but the last few times of just getting ice cream, the wait has been almost 15-20 minutes... Really disappointed with the service lately. Still stand by my previous review of the food being good, just the service is needing some improvement lately. It seems the drive thru service is a lot worse than going inside and ordering as well

I placed a carryout order. When I arrived (a couple of minutes after it was supposed to be ready) it wasn't in the carryout area so I waited another 5 minutes or so before asking about my order. The cashier grabbed my order from the back and said "here you go". I noticed the custard was missing so I had to ask for it. It then took another 20 minutes to get that because, even with 7 employees working the counter (it was not at all busy at this time) no one thought to make the custard even though they had run out. I still had to ask again for the custard once it was ready even though I was standing at the counter waiting. So I had to wait over 30 minutes for a carryout order, my food was cold because of the wait, and no one apologized for the delay. For what they charge, I will never go back there. I might as well pay the same amount and go eat at a nice sit down restaurant and still probably be done sooner than this. One last thing to add is while I was waiting for my order, a lady that was waiting in her car, came in and said she was waiting for an hour for her sundae. I don't know if it's always like that, but it was completely mismanaged.

Used to love Culver’s, haven’t been in a few years since moving out of the Midwest. It’s grossly overpriced now and the burgers are sub par.

Foods ok. Went through the drive thru and they had forgotten SEVERAL of our items on our order. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Wish staff paid more attention when bagging up the orders…

Not one of the better visits. Usually I don’t have issues but this time it was one thing after another. Got overcharged for my order, they were out of a whole bunch of things, and they forgot half the order but when I called they said all they could do was mail a coupon, which I’ve yet to even receive.

If you pay extra for GF, you should get what you ordered. Why serve a well, well done burger patty that doesn't hit any end of the bun? I would suggest some where else.

I’m absolutely tired of this place and the incompetent workers. Please hire people who aren’t brain dead 14yr olds. Went there for a to-go order. They said it just came in when it should have been done. I saw a bag of food on the warmer and assumed it was someone else’s. Waited 20 minutes! Went up front, and guess what? The food was the damn bag I saw when I arrived. The time before, I was given the wrong order by the same kid who was useless at helping me again today. Please fire the short, chubby, blonde haired kid. He has no idea what he is doing obviously. I will never come back to this location. Sick and tired of the terrible service and lack of utter understanding and communication with fellow co-workers. Hire adults with some common sense and maybe I’ll come back.

Wednesday September19th around 6:30pm I Ordered a double cheese burger with mayo bacon and onion and half my cheese was not on the burger it was stuck to the box underneath my burger there was a lb of mayo on there which made the meat cold by the time I got it and the bacon wasn't even cooked all the way also there was 2 very tiny pieces of onion but absolutely embarrassing mandan fast food is ridiculous and obviously who ever prepared the burger does not give a damn about customers or their team ......all around pathetic cook whoever you are

Went to Culvers on a night they weren't busy and ordered two items, both non edible, one of them being burnt and the other soggy bread and completely looked as if it was messed around with, all seemed as if all of this was intentional, I used to work there.. I get it their kids they play jokes.. but when I'm having to pay $15 for a burger or even go out of my way to just stop by the business... and for these kids to purposely think it's a joke and mess up, my order is not Okay.. I truly hope the owner can do more on their part about what goes on in this store...I’m very disappointed that my 17$ was wasted down the drain for gross food

Three times in a row they got the order wrong. Called in and they said they would send a gift certificate. Been three weeks and nothing, anyone blaming slow mail delivery?
