This body shop is not where I would take a brand new $80,000 Lincoln again... My car was damaged in transport and Eide Lincoln obviously had the repairs done at their body shop. The painted parts were not great. The mirror has specs of dirt in in and the front bumper valance is already peeling. They also damaged two interior trim pieces and REFUSE to make it right. Can't get answers or replies from anybody. The car had 800 miles when it was brought in for the repairs. This is not the Lincoln experience I thought I would be getting. Will be reaching out to Lincoln Concierge...

I had a terrible experience with my Great Aunt Janet. She sent her car in about 3 weeks ago, and was the 4th person in line for her car to get fix. And later today we called, and now she is the 10th person in line. And still haven't offered a loaner car. She has MS and has a very important appointment coming up very soon, with no ride.

Was in the market seeking a used vehicle for running around town. Got a used car in the price bracket I was hoping for plus I really enjoy my little Kia Soul. Fun car to drive, easy to park and easy to get in and out of while using it for running errands. The sales person, "Happy" was great to deal with in this matter. No complaints what so ever on the transaction or the process. Second vehicle I've purchased from BB Ford-Kia.
