Agreed to purchase a vehicle I found at their Subaru lot under the conditions the air suspension was fixed/repaired. They repaired one side of it, but not the other. The cars suspension is currently not fully properly functioning as it should after two attempts on their part. Had private shop diagnose and found the actual problem and the car is now being taken care from Subaru. Communication between Subaru was great and will recommend.

Updated Review (7/1/25):
Updating to 5 stars thanks to the incredible support from Nick in the service department. I had ongoing issues with my 2022 Crosstrek Sport (bought brand new from this dealership) - Bluetooth skipping, seat bolsters tearing, and safety sensor malfunctions. Initially, I was frustrated with how these were handled and disappointed they weren’t covered under my extended warranty.
But recently, Nick completely turned things around. He ordered a new radio unit, got Subaru to cover the torn seats, and made sure everything including the safety systems and seatbelts were properly addressed. His communication and follow-through were outstanding, seriously he deserves a raise.
While earlier experiences were disappointing, I’m glad to see real improvement. It may have had to do with multiple changes in dealership ownership over the last few years since buying my vehicle, but service like this gives me confidence going forward.

If I could use explicit language in this review I would. I sat in this establishment for two hours on a reoccurring issue that had been brought to their attention before. Just like before they told me “could not replicate issue” but this time stated “the new issue with the eyesight causing the vehicle to brake on wide open roads is due to a crack in the windshield.”
THE SAME CRACK THAT HAS BEEN IN THE WINDSHIELD FOR THREE YEARS and was present the first time I asked them to look into it.
The major problem I have is wasting my time to not only drive from minot but in the waiting area and then charging me $180. Just to say sorry we can’t do anything for you. At a minimum service department could have at least drove it through a car wash.

Huge props to Charlie Bell worked with me for a couple of weeks (I live over 3hrs out of Bismarck) with various vehicle info. I did not want to get a new vehicle, because I loved our other Subaru so much, but with the second round of needed repairs to my older one, Charlie suggested to me an absolutely stellar lease deal and we unexpectedly came home with a 2025 CrossTrek that fit the needs of my vintage soul but was modern enough for my teen son to feel it was really cool. The safety features are actually helpful and not over-the-top “nanny” robot. Charlie had a couple of cars for me to test drive, which showed how much he listened to what we needed out of a vehicle. The dealership itself is always well maintained, great layout, and easy to navigate with changing eye-catching displays of vehicles and feature accessories.
Shout out to Jordan in finance for being the coolest (and who made the finance process so easy) and Kendall in the service dept for being always gracious and incredibly knowledgeable with maintaining my 2018 Impreza. He and the team deserve props for making things good with my Subaru, especially since I had to travel far. At times they went above and beyond to help. I hope whoever gets that car next will have as many incredible cross country adventures as we did. For living way out in the west of ND, it was totally worth the trip.
