Rented a place 2 years ago.. First, After moving in, we noticed what seemed to be black mold spots all over the shower. The maintenance guy they sent said immediately it's not mold it's just dirty. RJR never did absolutely anything about it. The whole time we lived there my 7 yr old had extreme breathing & sinus issues she never had before, and within the first WEEK of moving out, she completely cleared up. It's been a whole year & she never had those issues again. Second, they will show you filthy rentals. Ours was a little on the presentable side but several others they showed us were filthy.... BUT be careful because when you move out they will KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT AND THEN SOME JUST TO DO CRAP ON THE UNIT THAT WAS NOT YOUR FAULT. We moved out and the only thing needing maintenance was the OLD FILTHY blinds that had almost ripped in half on their own they were so brittle... and we allowed them to get the carpets clean... Somehow only those 2 things ran up to our whole $1,500 deposit PLUS they charged us an extra $1,500. Here's a hint to how they are with charges, upkeep, etc... There was an extremely overgrown large garden box in the backyard from the prior owner of the home, and at one point rjr told us to clean it all up or we'll get in trouble. Uhm, no. Was not our doing, so not our issue. That's what I mean by they don't upkeep or do crap and will rather just CHARGE and put it on you. Had a lady in the office once go off on me over the photo in a screaming match. Should've known then!

I was with the RJR company for 5 years, I finished my 1-year contract, I always had problems with RJR, they told me that I had a pet when I didn't have one, they entered the APT several times in a row, I left the APT and told them 1 month and 15 days in advance that I had to leave the APT, they agreed, I left the full deposit and paid the full rent, now they are suing me for $1,586 for damages from APT when everything is new, the company is useless, I do not recommend it, I already know several people with the same problem, look for another company, this one is only there to steal your money.After 2 years since I left APT, they are suing me. The lawyer Thomas W Severin does not want to give me evidence or photos of the damages they are accusing me of. Nothing recommended RJR. See why other APT companies are better than yours.

I'm not a person to leave a review but this place is so wishy washy I had to. One sec you're working with an awesome person who wants to help, the next you're dealing with a rude human being. Working in customer service I can definitely recommend them working on it.

I have had a pleasant experience with RJR so far and I’ve had no troubles with them. They made the process smooth for me after moving out of state to here in Bismarck. I would definitely use them again!

Current renter at one of their properties. Its clear that they dont care about thier tennents. The doors are poorly installed and they jam. This happened the first month l was here, got trapped in my own bedroom in the middle of the night. Had to kick it down which they said I still had to pay for. But the door is so poorly installed the screws are stripped so taking it out to replace it is proving a headache. Thier craftsmanship is garbage. Also, the dryer in the building is older than I am, I have to run the dryer 2-3 times for it to fully dry my clothes, costing me extra time and money. Today it got so hot some of my clothes have literal scorch marks. I cant wait to leave this place.

Everytime I’ve had an issue they have always gotten it done within 24-48 hrs. Rjr has really improved! I had a great maintenance guy Ted come work on a leak, he was so kind & respectful and reassuring he did an awesome job ! Thanks Ted !

Have been renting from RJR for about a year. So far things have been wonderful. Issues are resolved quickly and they have answered any questions I may have.

I'm a travel nurse and was going to rent but Amy is very rude and unprofessional and I won't rent from a company with employees that act that way. Yal don't respond on the phone. And when Amy does answer she hangs up on me. Please do better. Thank you.

I rented from them for 4 years they are friendly people to rent from and were very responsive to any problems I had with my unit.
