“First we tried Uhaul then we ended up at Penske. We made a reservation for 12 noon at Uhaul for a 26' truck, we showed up at 12 and our reservation got moved to 6 PM and a 20' truck without notifying us at all. We were supposed to be out of our previous place by 3 PM. We even called the one 800 number for U-Haul and they said they had no record of our 6 PM reservation; customer service was absolutely terrible and was no help, said there was nothing they could do. Would never recommend Uhaul company to anyone. Thank God for Penske truck rental for saving our a*** Hunter and the guys were easy, fast, and made our move actually possible! Very understanding and made it painless to do, so nice to actually talk to a human instead of pressing 1 for assistance! You guys rock! Keep up the good work!!”

“May 15, 2025 I rented a U-Haul to move out of my unit. During my trip I was stuck in a very bad rain storm. Which unfortunately forced me to keep the rental one extra day. When I returned the rental Saturday the worker storm assisted me. Not only was he polite but he ensured me that he will take care of any additional charges behind the ones that I initially had. I could not have thanked him enough for the grace and compassion he showed during this time of distress. I truly wish they had more workers like storm.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped me find the perfect size package for my shipment, even gave me a plastic bag to use so the books I sent didn't get wet. They gave me the prices for all shipping services, including USPS and a local Speedy Delivery and let me choose based on speed and price. I dropped my package at 4pm and it arrived at its location the next day. They also sent me a tracking number via email. Very pleased.”
