Besides the problem I have with Walmart corporate as a whole, my experience today at this store cemented those feelings. Came in a few minutes after opening, to return an online order. All that was needed was to scan a barcode on my phone. I walked in and went to the customer service desk.It’s empty, lights off, No problem, I’ll ask someone to open it up and do my return. Found an employee, stated I had a return. Employee states “ I can’t do returns”. Again, no problem. They can call a manager right? Get this simple return taken care of.Nope! “You will have to wait until 7” (a hour later) until someone might be at the desk. “It’s hit or miss” if someone is there at 7.I don’t blame the employee. Management is 100% at fault here. If you can’t provide your full offering of services when you are OPEN are you actually open?

Now I appreciate young man who approach me in electronics. He immediately ask could help me locate anything. He’s a tall gentleman with reddish hair:) thank you my friend. That was a warm welcome Grant!!! Why I added a ⭐️ ! Natasha was rude, she works at Walmart and when I was in the restroom earring fell out my ear and under her stall. I ask for the lady to please lmk if my earring went in her stall because I saw it did. She ignored me 3 times to where a lady in a different stall begin replying and wishing she could help. Unfortunately, because this lady wouldn’t reply even when she came out., The young lady with dark hair comes out and ignores me to the upmost. Just arrived in town and the first Walmart employee I spoke to was in the restroom and ignored me in the entirety. Not customer friendly or oriented. Why would you wear a shirt of Walmart proudly if you can’t respond to Walmarts’ customers? When spoken to? Being approachable is apart of customer service. My sister is only the Regional director of 3 major Walmart supercenters in Georgia, so yes you never know who is visiting and frequenting your stores. Everyone else ?? was nice. But my experience begin very skeptical. I mean it’s North Dakota. But Walmart should never make you feel it of place or like your the minority… right?

My boyfriend went to cash a check just now at the mandan walmart. October monday 23 at 1:35.The old lady was rude and told him he tried to cash a check today earlier and it didnt work and hes just waisting her time. And on and on she went.Well it went through and she haned him the money with no apology.Crazy that this kind of customer service is to be expected.This world needs to do better.

To a great extent a typical Walmart Supercenter. Ample parking. Wide selection of merchandise and service. I submitted four stars due to interaction with store staff which could have been better. Less than perfect staff may just go with the territory. With a very large staff it’s easy to have one staff member be less than perfect. Issues could have been for any number of reasons but in the end, little less than a perfect visit.
