The place is just a big plain motel. Decor is all brown so nothing looks new or attractive. Room is small and looks tired. However it's clean enough, the brownish everything notwithstanding. I'd consider it a more acceptable hotel if they didn't charge a premium price for no quality at all. For almost $300 night it's a rip off. Only reason it can charge this kind of price is its location which is 1/4 miles from Roosevelt park's south unit. At least everything in the room worked, fridge and microwave oven, ok shower and aircon. Wifi slow and difficult to connect. Breakfast standard, hot include powdered eggs and sausages. Some mini muffins. There are some other motels in town but not a lot of options if you want to stay in Medora. But I guess you can't beat location although if you don't mind driving a bit there are much better and less costly hotels to stay in Dickinson.

The location was awesome and it was close to everything. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good! Very nice rooms, well cleaned, and comfortable. My only two complaints are the high price and the poor TV channels.

The worst beds we have ever slept on they were so hard we did not get a good nights sleep at all. Otherwise the hotel was nice. The breakfast was good and had many options. The pool area was well kept and fun.

Bed bugs… Dates of stay: 8/13/23 to 8/16/23. Room 127. I woke up with numerous red itchy bumps, in linear pattern, on my back, chest, arms, and legs. I was not wearing a shirt in bed, only shorts. I had close to 50 red itchy bumps/bites. None of my family staying in other rooms had these bites and we did all outdoor activities together, so I did not think it was mosquitos or a plant reaction of some type. I notified the manager the morning of 8/16/23 and she promptly told me pest control would take a look of the room. I checked out that morning. I got a call a couple hours later with confirmation that the pest control person verified it was bed bugs.

The hotel was average. I liked the option of having 1 king bed and 1 queen bed in our room. It made traveling with kids a little easier. Location was great. You could walk to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was typically eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc.

Great little western town! Overly proud of Teddy Roosevelt coming there to kill buffalo. Neat small streets to walk through, could picture horses tied to posts. Bar food mostly available. Swam in pool, no view from room on first floor

Humidity problems in room. Very smelly. Expensive for the quality of the place. The serivice was ok but the rooms and entire place smelled and seemed outdate. The locations was ok. Not the worst place I have stayed, but wouldn't recommend going there.

VERY expensive, but par for the course near National Parks. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice shower. There was a decent fitness center, and a pretty big breakfast. The staff was friendly, but the pool was filthy.

Nice place, located just off of the main road (and therefore, nice and quiet). Room was comfy and clean, internet was better than most places. Breakfast was plentiful. Might be a little pricy for the location, but there aren't many options. Just a couple of minutes from THRO.

Worst hotel I've been to. Guy at the desk doesn't know what he's doing. Rooms are awful. Whole experience was terrible.

Horrible HORRIBLE Experience. Gave away our room a couple hours before we arrived, leaving us stranded with ZERO rooms or hotels near by. Didn’t do anything ANYTHING to accommodate us. Wasn’t helpful at all, the ONLY hotel we have had problems with.

This may not seem like a 5 star hotel based on the following list of pros and cons, but based on the accommodations available in this town, this is a very good hotel and even though it's a bit on the expensive side, it's still a very good value compared to everything else. Pros - Cool decor, spacious room, clean hotel and rooms, separate room for toilet and shower, several AC outlets Cons - no conditioner, no shower vent, no USB connections
