Minot AFB Main Exchange offers a small but well-stocked shopping experience with friendly staff. Many customers appreciate the helpfulness and problem-solving skills of the manager, Elea V, who stands out for excellent customer service. The exchange provides a range of products, though some customers wish for more options, especially in men's clothing and electronics. Price comparisons with other retailers like Amazon and Walmart show that while some items might be overpriced, the exchange does offer price matching. The food court features popular choices like Popeyes and Subway, with customers praising the cleanliness and friendliness of the employees. However, there are suggestions for improvement, such as expanding menu items and hours of operation. The bathrooms, particularly the men's restroom, have received critical feedback, indicating a need for maintenance and upgrades. Overall, Minot AFB Main Exchange is seen as a convenient shopping destination that could enhance its offerings and customer experience with some adjustments. The combination of good customer service, a clean environment, and a solid food court makes it a valuable resource for those on base.
Store opens at 8 am with only the self checkouts. Which is super convenient! On top of that, the star card you can apply for is a super great way to start and build credit. Customer Service is fantastic and the store is filled with so many great people. Love this place!
