Does everything I expect from a Post Office. Weird hours but far from the busiest on-base Post Office I've been to.

Package keys keep getting put into the wrong box. Usually neighbors will bring it by once they noticed the address. I'm missing a package, no one's brought anything by, called the 1-800 number to be told I have to call base post office directly, Google the number and it's the same 1-800 number. Why do they have the main number if they're separate? I just want my stuff. Whom ever delivers needs to be retained or fired. Almost every other Package I get from USPS in the neighborhood box is dropped off by a neighbor because the key was in the wrong box. I've never been to the building or know any of the workers.

We use this Post Office for our business mail and are very happy with the service and results. The clerks are very hardworking and there are weights and scales in the front lobby in case one does not have time to go to the counter with a package. Lobby machine does accept credit cards. Gift cards and greeting cards are sold at this location as well.

How does a place only open from 0900-1530, get to fully close from 1130-1230 for lunch too. It’s like they built their hours to be able to help the least amount of people

Sent very important mail out as in a money order for court it has been three weeks and still no word or etc. I fill out money orders with my bank and post office back in colorado had no issues as soon as i tried this post office my couple hundred dollar money order is nowhere to be found. I have to file an extension with court because this post office and USPS could not fullfill there duties. I call customer service just to get the run around of filing claim which can take up to 30 days so in the end Im now having problems with the court because they need the last payment the post office does not care and seem to think they can lose mail or let it get stolen never going to this post office again and they seem to either lose mail or never actually deliver guess that's Minot for you

My packaged was recieved damaged in a box obviously thrown around. The package was time sensitive so I attempted to file a claim quickly. Their claim process is long, flawed, and seemingly purposely difficult. The package was insured and there is still no easy way to file a claim.

The guy that works inside the PO, Don, has been helpful BUT the carriers are absolutely AWFUL. I've spent 2 weeks waiting for a Christmas card, only to get it the day I went into the Post office to ask about it. Coincidence much?? But I received it OPEN AND TRASHED. Guess I only got it because there was a check and not cash or a gift card that the carriers could steal. And now, my package was supposed to be delivered today and I watched the carrier pass my house and then put unable to deliver!!! Are you freaking kidding me?!?! I am astonished by how awful these carriers here are and I wish something would be done about it. I've never had an issue with the USPS until I moved here. Hire better people!

I have always had fast service. I'm thankful that I don't have to drive all the way to town to drop off mail.

The On Base post office is staffed by friendly and efficient workers. I have never had a problem. Some folks fail to realize that Minot is not exactly the epicenter of civilization. As such you should plan for mail to take a little longer to get to its destination. However I will say I've never had any issues with the overnight service. Keep up the good work guys!

As someone who uses Amazon frequently and gets off rather late I can't really go to the office to pick anything up due to their horrible hours. Yes i understand that its not under the workers control but someone in leadership needs to change this ASAP. Because there is nothing more irritating than having to try and plan getting the package from there on like a lunch break.

Dropped 49 bucks on a "priority mail" package to get there in three days. I kept checking the tracking number and apparently it takes 5 days just to get from Minot to Bismarck. What? Shipped Wednesday, departed Minot and arrived in Bismarck. Then it finally left Bismarck Tuesday of the next week. Package arrived Wednesday (today) of the following week. 7 days has never been 2-3 days in my lifetime.
