The help I received from this store is like no other! We are from Austin, Texas we unfortunately had to stay in Minot for a month because of medical reasons! My husband was in need of a chair to help him rest and Aaron's was able to deliver not only the same day but to a hotel! I was very impressed with how quick the process was I never had to set foot in the store! Giving me the ability to care for my husband and not have to worry about anything else!!! Thank you Aaron's team for coming to our rescue!

Bought a pre-owned couch. Paid cash for the item. Was told most pre-owned furniture are from service members who were stationed at another base. I checked it out to the best of my ability (I thought). However, I'm seeing the recliner on one side of the couch is bent beyond belief. It's evident, this occurred from the last owners and must of been reshaped just enough for it to be resold. Really double-check the pre-owned furniture prior to buying. Actuate recliners several times. Will reach out to corporate.

Not a lot in show room. More online, but that's where you can get the lease starting with just $1. Very pleasant staff there too. Helpful in showing what they have but also letting you know that the $1 deal is only online. I didn't feel like they didn't want to help me by directing me online, I felt like they were helping me out a lot by directing me online to the $1 deal. I'm very happy with my experience at Aaron's. I don't have the money to outright by appliances so this gives me some grace period time to pay same as cash for $120 days or if I go past that then I pay the cash price of the appliance and some of the lease the rental that I have on it. I wouldn't just rent the whole thing for the 24 months because then you're paying twice the amount. Try to pay off your lease early. That's just my advice.

So I first wrote a review I n a couch that I bought from Aaron's in Fargo Nd on July 8th. The couch I bought broke after less then a month of buying it. Instead of leasing it I paid for the couch in full 4 days after delivery. I reached out to let to let them know the springs had broke. They send it out for repairs. So 2 weeks without a couch in my living room I finally get it back. The fist day of having it I knew it wasn't fixed springs were still broken. I contacted the store manager and also Aaron's directly. I then received a call from the regional manager that informed me I was not able to get a refund. He said " Hey at least we are not screwing you" We need to talk to the company we bought the couch from and we will replace it. A week go's by haven't heard anything. Then was told I refused a replacement couch( I never refused one why would I want to keep a broken one I paid over a 1000 dollars for?) They then told me to reach back out to the local store, I did then was told they would send a message to the regional manager. Another week go's by still haven't heard anything. Then was told in messenger they would have someone reach out to me. So now it has been almost a month since I got a broken couch back. Aaron's is not doing anything it seems to resolve this. Do not buy or lease anything from this company. They don't care how hard you work for your money, they also do not stand behind the products they sell. My next step is to picket the store. They think people will just stand by silently until they have worn you down. I work very hard for my money I am not going down quietly and will not stand for being ignored or pushed a side. Staff was great to work with. They were very helpful in getting us furnirure to stage a home we are selling. We would highly recommend their service.

I bought a couch and washer and dryer. Guys were great and early dropping it. They did a great job hooking everything up and getting everything brought in. Very pleased thank you!

Just don’t even waste your time. Quality of service and products are junk!In my experience, Aaron’s sells cheap quality furniture for high cost. Overall, I’ll never choose Aaron’s again!

I will NEVER do business with Aaron's ever again. I'm being forced to pay for a broken bed that was made of cheap quality with 1X4 wood boards. I returned the bed frame, but still have to pay for the broken mattress. My son did NOT jump on the bed. The mattress was not made to hold a bigger kid. When signing the lease contract, the store manager never went over what type of mattress or any details. If I had known, I would have went with a different type of bed vs. wasting my time and money. My son is a growing teenager and that type of bed is not meant for such. It is made for an average smaller kid. Also, when the delivery employees came to pick up the bed frame they damaged the apartment walls in 2 different spots. Now I'll have to pay for that damage out of my own pocket even though the store manager was sent photos for proof! We just moved into the apartment, so those damaged spots were not there prior. Also, the communication from the staff at Aaron's is very poor throughout. In my experience, Aaron's sells cheap quality furniture for high cost. Overall, I'll never choose Aaron's again!
