This is a great gym. I really like how open and clean it is. Craig and the rest of the team are really great to interact with. I would highly reccomend ASK over any other gym in Minot.

I was looking for a workout solution with flexible hours when I visit the area. Friendly staff quickly set me up with a weekly pass at reasonable rate. Thank You!I was impressed with the amount of gear at this facility. Huge range of free weights (up to 120lb dumbbells!) and high-quality fixed machines.

There is a lot of quality equipment and it's never to crowded to use the piece needed. Staff is wonderful!
