I booked a rental car online at the Denver Airport with Alamo. I booked the skip the line and go directly to the car and it was so fast and easy. We had some travel hiccups throughout the day and renting the car through Alamo was super easy and fast. Every employee was super helpful and very friendly to work with. I will be using Alamo again in the future.

I had issues with Enterprise the day before with their deposit policy. I choose to try Alamo because it gave me the option to pay online immediately. I paid the day before and they still had the payment pending on my credit card. I was then informed it would be taken when I arrived so they could include the $300 deposit. Then why did I pay online? Policies are definitely not clearly documented and wasted alot of my time when I could/should have been back home with my family for Thanksgiving. I had just rented from an enterprise the previous week from a different location and had ZERO issues. Now, I gotta wait to see if they are going to charge me for canceling when I was given no other choice. Most unprofessional experience I have ever had renting a car I have ever had and I have rented ALOT.

This company rocks. Had some significant family issues while traveling and they stepped up to help. Amazing.

Wouldn't give us our rental because we didn't have a credit card. Debit is not good enough apparently. And when a friend paid for us with his card, we discovered they didn't even have any cars available in the first place. A clerical error apparently. But one wonders what we would've gotten had we had a credit card. I don't know how a place that rented cars can fail so miserably at that one task.

Alamo stepped up with a vehicle when Avis fell through. professional and great vehicle..little pricey but definitely met my need
