Manager Jess is welcoming and friendly. She signed me up for a challenge with trainer Allison last week. They were both understanding of my broken ankle and I was able to adapt to intense workouts despite my limitation. I highly recommend this facility.

The people are amazing and very knowledgeable about physical fitness, there's a good selection of equipment and they're open to suggestions. They don't have a big area for running other than treadmills, so if you like to do suicide runs on courts there isn't any room for that here. But they do have a nice space for core and other body weight workouts. They also have a free body scanner so you can check your progress and help you with what you'd like to work on most.

Terrible customer service! They will have you sign up for an annual contract making it sound like a monthly plan. If you'd like to freeze your membership when you're going to be out of town they will still charge you a fee, regardless of whether you are in the Air Force or not. After having only used the gym a few times over about a 6-month period I decided to pull my payments from the gym given their unwillingness to make any accommodations or let me cancel. They took me to collections for the remainder of my annual contract and told me I couldn't go to the gym anymore after it was paid. The owner/managers run this business as if they don't want customers to come back.

I am from Canada truck driver my contact 12 months done but last 2 years minot anytime charge me I call massage but still charge me he said you come USA and sign letter if you stop paying I sand to collocation this money hungry I am driving working hard

Their customer service sucks.Did 3 month contract. They charged me for the 3 months and for the next 6 months. The so called manger was no help. I put stop payment and they sent it to a collections agency. Money hungry business. The do nothing to help the customers even after they admitted their employee didn’t know what he was doing. Save guys self the headache, go somewhere else!

awful customer service, I signed up a membership that was supposed to charge me $30 twice a month. I am now being charged $30 every 6 days and I was never notified that the plan was going to change, and I never signed another contract that changed the payments. After trying to contact an employee at both gyms, I still haven’t heard back. This is the worst experience I’ve had at a gym and will never go to another anytime fitness ever again. Recommend staying away and going elsewhere.

Does anyone else call this location, leave messages and never receive a call back? I’ve called during staffing hours and have left detailed messages. This has been going on for a couple weeks now and my membership contract is almost up.

Great multi-year experience ruined by an unethical cancellation policy. Just because they put it in writing, doesn't make it okay. You don't realize just how difficult they will make it until you try. And these owners asked members to not cancel during covid even though they couldn't be open. I wish I wouldn't have felt bad for them because they didn't feel bad for me when I had to move suddenly and couldn't be at the gym in person to cancel. They forced me to MAIL my written notice. Not email, not fax. Mail. That took nine days to arrive according to them and that pushed me into another month. Combine that with their 30 day notice policy and they got another month payment. All told I was done using it in November, emailed them to cancel, and wasn't allowed to actually cancel until April. After I paid them for April, of course. Stay away from this gym.

Trying to cancel a membership here is ridiculous. I was signed up for a membership I didn't agree too. The lady was telling me one thing & doing another. Now I'm tied into a contract I never even signed for. I'm stuck paying a bunch of money to get out of it. do not recommend this place ever. do not easter your money.

DO NOT GET the water massage package. It’s a ripoff! The water massage CONSTANTLY gives error codes. When I tried to cancel the massage portion they insisted on my getting a new 18 month contract. AT THE SAME PRICE! When I suggested it mihht be a Robles with my fob they insisted on making me pay for a replacement. Just cuz THEIR equipment doesn’t work!

Smaller gym that can feel crowded with only a small amount of people there. Equipment is all newer Precor pieces, layout is updated about once a year and is usually decently spaced out.While small, it is usually not overly crowded and can almost always get workout done without waiting.Staff has always been helpful when needed.Not a tremendously outstanding gym, and could benefit from adding equipment, but if you can get a decent price for your plan and location works, it will work just fine and get the job done.
