I was told that they can't schedule my appointment due to the fact that they DON'T HAVE A DOCTOR. They then took the liberty of reschedule me for Monday during a time that I'm unavailable, even though they DO NOT HAVE A DOCTOR. Don't waste your time here.

Wow what an awful place. The receptionist was super nice but the rest of the staff was ice cold. I specifically came in for an upper denture, THAT IS IT. Heaven forbid anyone follow simple instructions the dentist immediately busts out steel tools for whatever ungodly reason ignoring my very simple wishes, make the impression, here's $2,000 and done, but nope. The main dentist, elderly woman with too much makeup on was rude and looked at me like I was a homeless person. Sorry, just got off work as a petroleum engineer and drove 2 hours here didn't have time to change.Anyways, I'll never be back and I should have taken the reviews more seriously. Don't respond saying "wE wIlL pASs tHis AlOng tO oUr tEAm" either, you guys are full of it. No more chain dentist offices for me. Only private.

Please if you care about your mouth and teeth avoid this place. They will over charge you and do poor quality work

Its been about two years since I've been to Aspen Dental. When I went there it was to get 4 cavities filled. Getting an appointment and in wasn't a problem. But the dentist that did the fillings messed up EACH one. And while doing the fillings they stretched my mouth so much that it split my lip which they tried to tell me it must be an allergic reaction (I'm not allergic to anything). They even made me take a benadryl before i left, which did nothing because it wasnt an allergic reaction but a split lip. After the fillings when the numbness started to wear off my pain was increasing. The pain was so intense, I immediately called Aspen and they were able to see me the next day. When I went in he said that the bite needed adjusting, which he did. He then told me to take 800mg of advil every 4 hours until the pain goes away. A week goes by and I'm still in excruciating pain, so I call again and they schedule me an appointment for the following week. More adjustments are made but the pain is still there and I was told to continue 800mg of advil every 4 hours. Until my teeth "calmed down". There was no improvement. I was taking 800mg of advil every 4 hours for a month and a half. I finally had enough and went to another dentist, when they looked at my teeth and I told them how long he had me on advil they were horrified. They told me that he drilled to close to the root nerve and that it was dying. So I ended up having that tooth pulled. As for the other teeth the dentist at aspen worked on, those were also messed up. They were so sensitive to temperature and I couldn't bite down on them without pain. And the whole reason I'm bring this up right now is because one of the teeth he worked now has its root nerve dying and I'm in pain again. I'm probably going to need to replace every tooth he has worked on. Don't go to this place.

Jaci did my dental cleaning. I know that she did a good job because I can't feel the calculus behind my lower front teeth. And she is so fun and personable to talk to that I didn't even feel like I was in a treatment setting. I love you Jaci!

Aspen Minot ND. I set an appointment one month ago. 3 more days before my appointment i received a text message that they need to reschedule my appointment coz i am a new patient. This is not acceptable!!! I cleared all my schedule on that day just to see their dentist and all of a sudden they rescheduled me. Very Unprofessional!!Actually when i called the customer care a lady said they can process denture replacements in a day and when i went to the office to set an appointment they told me to not believe to the rep i talked to. See what kind of false service you are offering, you are fooling people just to get new clients. Orient your call center representatives so they won’t give false information.Scheduling appointments to this dentist is a waste of time. I should’ve read all the reviews before making an appointment.. grrrr .Don’t deserve any star?

Jackie is the BEST dental hygienist a person could hope for. She has a calming nature and she makes you feel as though nothing can go wrong. When she is done cleaning your teeth, you can’t help but feel that you’ve been lifelong friends. My wife and I both think she is the best in the business. I wish I could give a rating of 10 stars but there’s only five.

I should have read reviews because this place is unorganized. I came in for my appointment they said they would get done in one day but they never finished in time and it was 20 min before they closed so I had to reschedule for them to finish my fillings the day before my second appointment they texted me and told me to reschedule then I called and the voice mail said to call during business hours even though it was a Thursday and 1 o’clock. I called the next day same thing. After the weekend passed I called and they finally answered and told me they can’t reschedule me because they don’t have a doctor and hopefully next month they would but there was really no telling and I was furious because I already paid half from my exam and the rest when they did my work for my first filling and it was their fault they thought they could finish and couldn’t which I excepted and just tried to reschedule. Finally I get it to a appointment to finish my teeth after being super hard with their tools on my teeth and using nothing to open my mouth but their instruments that kept pinching the corners of my lips and they finished and I get home to look at my teeth and of course the tooth I showed them with a black hole on the side of my Molar is still there and the sensitivity in my first feeling is still effecting me to eat on my left side.
