It is also Free to use their diagnostic little gadget that you use to see why your check Engine light is on.”

Long story short, Terry (the owner) is now offering to order woofers with the correct impedence so the amp can run at full power. This will be a swap out at no charge. “So our insurance totaled our 08 Odyssey with 80k on it and gave us $5050 so we could find something comparable... right! Thankfully Abra worked with us to get it fixed for cash. Not only were they able to fix it for less than that amount, their price also included getting our cracked windsheild replaced. This would not have been covered otherwise. They worked with us on matters of price, new or used parts to lower our costs, and called to clear it with us whenever there was a chance it could be higher than they estimated.
Our van looks like new again, and I would highly recommend them.”

“This is the best auto parts store in Minot. Beats AutoZone in every way. Prices are always cheaper, usually have what I need in stock, excellent online discounts and promotions. Employees at this store conduct themselves professionally and are prompt to help customers. A great example: I needed a lower radiator hose, I checked AutoZone online who wanted about $36 and needed to special order it. I checked CarQuest online, they had the same hose on sale for $6 and had it in town. It's a no brainer. I recommend CarQuest to all my friends.”

“Service department is amazing! Best time I've ever spent in a dealership. I live 2 hours from dealership so I wanted to make sure they had the parts for the recall. I thought it would be weeks but the service manager did some checking and called me back and I was in within a week. I work remotely so when I brought my car in for recall repairs I brought my work with me. There waiting area is comfortable. I was able to set up my laptop and work while my car was in the shop. The Service Advisor, Esteban Mejia was very attentive. He kept me updated on the progress and checked on me often. Everyone I talked to was professional and polite. They also provide shuttle service. Wonderful drive dropped me off at the mall so I could grab lunch and go shopping and then picked me up when my car was done. I couldn't be more happy with my experience.”

“Part one....I was referred here by a dealership other than one I usually go to in Bismarck which was too far away for the type of repair needed...Seems they do a lot of great work here and genuinely care about doing an excellent job. From what I saw while there with another customer, they don't let any vehicles leave out until they've answered all questions and there's no doubt about anything else going wrong with whatever problem vehicle has need of for repair.I was allowed to continue driving ...carefully.. in the meantime which I was very thankful for.Got vehicle diagnosed right away and everything explained to me in detail... about the work needed and work that may NOT be needed depending on the response received after phase one work... one thing can make another thing show up as a problem and it not be... I return after parts are in next week.. to drop off vehicle.... which should only take another week to repair.I enjoyed the conversation with mechanic , his wife who works there too in office... (and knows how to work on vehicles as well)? and Rod the owner. They make you feel comfortable about the whole process... I will review again after repairs are completed.”
