“I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Nybakken Body Shop for the outstanding service they provided after my recent accident.
They got me in the Monday after the accident for an estimate, worked directly with my insurance company, helped get everything lined up, and had me scheduled for repairs the very next week. The entire process was smooth, and their communication was excellent.
What really impressed me, though, was the attention to detail. I have dogs that ride in my truck all the time, and between work, school, and life, I had been meaning to take it somewhere to get vacuumed out. When I picked up my truck, I was surprised to find that they had cleaned and vacuumed the interior. It wasn’t something I asked for or expected, but it meant a lot and showed they genuinely care about their customers.
Getting into an accident is stressful enough, but Nybakken made the repair process easy from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and had my truck repaired much faster than I expected. I truly appreciate the care they put into both the repairs and the customer experience.
