My teenager went to Bella Nails for her first ever nail appointment while I was at work. She said her nail tech was aggressive and made her feel very uncomfortable. She said he was hurting her hands and chastising her for being nervous. Her cuticles look awful, she was cut by the dremel, the acrylic is uneven and bumpy. Then he proceeded to charge her $93 for these awful nails. We will never go back. This is shameful if this is how they treat teenagers.

Pressured into design! It’s July this looks like Christmas! Haha, sad tho, I gave here a few good trys, always tipped well, just never worked out for me. Pedicure was rushed no massage? I got the $53 one but that’s my fault for coming at 4:30/45 pm walk in wanting an acrylic set and pedicure. Just honestly wish they would’ve let me keep my simple color and/ or said no to the walk in if they didn’t have time. I think this is a nail salon for assetive people not one for us shy folks
Came back to improve my review because I got MANY compliments on my nails! honestly might give them one more try cause they do such great work shaping other places make my nails wonky!

When I first heard about this place I really liked my first and second time going there really nice people, loved how my nails came out but my last time going here I was there for maybe two hours from the time I arrived to closing. When the lady asked for card while he was finishing up my nails, I asked her for the discount and then she charged my card INCLUDING tip which I wasn’t too happy about bc I was giving him a $20 cash tip but this was after she charged my card, didn’t ask if I was tipping cash or card just charged my card. She then gave me a $4 gift card for my next service which honestly that’s not gonna done much, ended up charging my card $91 bucks for a pink French tip and then wrote on the receipt it’ll be $81 bc I wasn’t tipping on the card. At the end I still gave him $20 and was still charged $91. I do like this place but I will not be returning

Worst place to get my nails done, my acrylic was so thick that when I just barely bent the nail my whole fingernail pulled off. Went to my regular and she even said it was way too thick and she even said they charged way too much

They were accommodating with our group of four, though I think my stylist was having a bad day. She didn't speak any English, which made it difficult. The polish layers were not even and she nicked my skin which stayed sore for several days. And, my pedicure only lasted a week! I think the other 3 in my group were satisfied but...I was paying! 3 stars for effort.

I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived I was greeted quickly and received the services I requested with no delays. I had a pedicure with masque and massage. The technician was wonderful and did a great job. Then I moved to the manicure area and a different technician. He was very nice and did an excellent job with the dip powder nails. Very professional. This was my first visit to this salon and I was not sure if I had picked the right place. But I’m glad I chose them. I left very pleased with the results and the people. I’m planning to return on a regular basis ?
Cleanliness: All areas I was in were very clean. The staff kept the work areas clean as they worked.

I usually go here when I get my nails done since I’ve been stationed here for the past 4 years but when I went this past week, the guy doing my nails (not sure of his name because he didn’t talk to me once except to apologize for cutting me on multiple fingers while doing my cuticles), I got a gel manicure and he was so distracted while doing my cuticles, every time someone would come in the door, he would look up while still continuing to cut my cuticles and he cut me on 2 different fingers and now my finger is red and swollen and i’m also 5 months pregnant. Will definitely not be going here again!

I went to Bella’s about a week and a half ago and got a pedicure and manicure and they both were fabulous! I broke 2 of my nails yesterday and came in this afternoon and got them fixed free of charge! I was stunned! Paul and Bella Nails definitely have a lifelong customer! Thank you so much.

I came to Bella Nails after a recommendation from my very picky sister-in-law. The room was packed with nail techs and their clients having nyrhing between a simple to deluxe mani and pedi. I had a set of gel periwinkle nails by Tina. The reputation of this salon is well deserved with a wide range of services and add-ons, this Minot gem can meet the expectations of even the most creative and artistic patrons. They have hundreds of colors in any style and finish and will customize each nail to create the craftsmanship its know for. Prices are what you would expect from most places in town. This is now my preferred place.

Would be 5 stars, they just take sooooo long. I’ve never spent less than 3 hrs here and sometimes you just want a quick service and to go home. The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to and they definitely take care of you though! I feel like you should come on a day maybe with your friends to gossip lol
