Dominque was eccentric when speaking to me. There was no issues and he made the buying process very convenient and we were in and out of the building with our new car!!!!

The first guy to help me seemed not to care about helping me once he saw I wasn't looking for a big purchase. Never replied to me. I called and asked for someone else and though he wasn't available when I showed up a nice lady at the front helped me out right away and explained to me why it was so hard to get me into something even though I had a cosigner, good credit and money down. I guess I'll keep looking.

my dad bought a 2016 dodge hemi 1500. truck is a pos, on the way home the suspension, shocks, everything. we found out was bad, there was $1,500 we spent on struts, shocks, ETC. and about a month later, the transmission went out. tons of problems with the transmission and engine. bad quality vehicles that they sell, the reviews suck even. do not buy a vehicle from here. your better off on face book marketplace

I purchased a used $24,000 suburban from Cartiva of Minot. Auto loan, full coverage insurance, extended warranty. I drove it off the lot on December 8, 2022.On Christmas Day it stalled out on my 6 children and I. We coasted and ended up on the side of the road waiting for help. While my kids & I were waiting, it started on fire underneath! We jump out as fast as we could and luckily fire trucks came quick. I thank God my kids weren’t hurt because we were on the interstate! Running around with our heads cut off. I got it towed to the nearest auto repair shop. The claims adjuster deemed it fixable. It ended up being in there for 4 months! Being without a vehicle for 4 months with six kids was hard!April 17th I picked up our suburban. Brand new engine and everything!I drove it around all week, normal routine: work and school. Then ONLY 5 days later, it stalls out on us! I called Cartiva for the second time, letting them know this happened AGAIN and it seemed they didn’t care, although they did say sorry, but there wasn’t anything they could do about it…they told me to get it to a Chevy dealership/shop. I was crying to Cartiva with frustration! I trusted them, that’s all I have to say.I then pay $350 to get it towed to Minot, Ryan Chevrolet. They call me a few days later and say that my vehicle needs ANOTHER engine! They also state that it wasn’t my fault, nor the prior repair shops fault! (Booooo to Cartiva for this faulty vehicle)Anyway, Ryan Chevrolet tells me that they are charging $5,731.60 for the labor work alone! Thankfully Warranty will get me “another” engine & they will pay some of the labor. Which dropped it to $3,316.60 that I’ll have to pay.I am frustrated and upset at my choice of going to Cartiva for a vehicle, because I’vehad to come up with $2,800 to get it out at the 1st shop and now I have to pay $3,300 to get it out at this current shop! We’ve literally got this thing beginning of December and only driven it 3 weeks total to this day 6 months later. This is not right and is so unfair ??

Love that I’m not walking around in this cold anymore with heated steering wheel and seats. I guess in order to get a vehicle you need an address first? So I had to walk to the managment company and back, but they have a courtesy driver. They, nor anyone cares about homeless people for some reason. So an hour or two later I came back with an address. Second time I’ve done business with them. Good people just felt rushed to sign but I’m sure she explained everything perfectly. Oh and 4.5 stars because of how cold it was and I couldn’t get a ride at the time with my bags too.. But they did give me rides after that while the bank was thinking about lending to me and I did tip him. No taxi and hardly any Lyft is ridiculous here.

I bought a truck from here and months later my plates never came in after 5 months. I kept calling and was told it takes awhile. Now I found out they sold me a truck when they didn't have the title and now we are waiting for the title from another state which may or may not come in. Why would you sell someone a car without the title??!! I do not recommend going here.

They are extremely overpriced over blue book value. Plus wasn't impressed how they thought a female was stupid enough to think her 2010 truck was worth less than 94 car of theirs. Where my blue book value is a max 9,471 and they are suggesting a car valued blue book at max 3,292 but listed it to me as 4,500 way over its value. And a different car max blue book at 2,781 which they're listing at 3500. And suggesting a equal trade. Can you say cons haha.
