Easy and affordable rent, the apartment itself is very spacious and nice, they were very willing to work with my busy schedule and even had the keys waiting for me after I got off late, I highly recommend cpm to anybody looking to get their own place especially if you're younger

Zero stars. Do not rent from these people. They did not clean or paint before move in and then want to charge over $600 at move out for cleaning and touch ups. Literally charged $60 for two light bulb replacements. That's the leasing company's responsibility! They'll screw you over any way they can.

I rented from these guys for 6months, I slept in the house like 7nights for the entire 6 months... in which during that time they changed out the windows and left a mess behind. I hardly had enough time to make a mess. I paid the 250 for the pet fee, my dog only came once. That should have covered the cost for the cleaning ... but they charged me 270 for cleaning fees. And how does 1 pay 50 something monthly for water use when I was there on average once a month ??? I don't understand this? They were not fair in dealing with my situation. That house if messy at all was not because of me but because of the guys that changed the windows. They should pay the cleaning fee not me!!! They will get you in the end... would have been nice to get the call back instead of a text message. I've never had such a poor experience before from anyone I rented from. Do not rent from these guys.

The process was very straightforward. Everyone was very nice and respectful. You have so many options between doing online or at their office. They lie about refunding your deposit. Four stars were given due to incentives offered for a good review. Revised to 1 star which they deserve. Take all good reviews with a huge bag of salt.

Adds on FB are misleading...beware!!!Stated $1000/month for rent..we wound up somehow having to pay $1407?Office staff stated there were "scam sites on FB and unless it is on their website..its not the correct amount."..(even tho an office staff member stated she remembered posting the add.) The computer contract had to be signed with this higher amount..so we were locked in...(this is my first time renting..but the stories I've heard are horrendous...we had no clue..)Prices for estimated move in were stated as $700...paid $935 after their adjustments.Set a day and 8:30am to pick up the key and was told it would not be available as the "contract states it could be 4pm". It was our only day off with plans of beginning to move stuff in..after waiting almost 2 weeks. They finally texted around 2:30 that we could get them.Upon arriving, no paint had been applied, as was the excuse for our 14 day wait to get the ok to finally move in. Floors were not cleaned and several lights were not working... one was arcing if turned on. The toilets wobbled, probably from worn out wax rings or possibly prior flooding.. (I was told we should have noticed on our initial visit...so, FYI.. always use the bathroom if you're thinking of rentals.) The furnace was only blowing in the basement..we noticed after sleeping the first night..(we assumed to dry out from prior flooding.)Unforseen issues of clogged pipes and then a flooded basement on the night we moved in. Grey water came up through the pipes and shower as baths were being taken. It was very frustrating. Called the after-hours maintenance and was told the plumbers would be out that night or next morning....no one ever showed until a couple of days later..after we called to inquire...they were unaware of the issue...After approx two weeks of this episode, they finally came out to look around as we told them the different issues and expressed our disappointment in the issues that we were told would be fixed. She stated it was her first time viewing the house. (?) We told them we would be willing to possibly barter for the $1000/mo if we fixed all the problems ourselves, (as he is a maintenance worker)..we asked if rent could be adjusted due to the issues and having to rod out the sewer (had to get out and go buy supplies after 9:30pm) and clean the toxic waste ourselves..(who could wait 2 days on that??) The answer was "no". ....(and service cleaners were never sent..btw..thankfully we had spent the money to have it done..)Two days later, after the basement flooding, "Keith's Plumbing" came out and took care of the clogging issue...possibly roots in the pipes? The service guy did an awesome job and we could finally get baths and use the water.HOWEVER...We simply love the house..it is very comfortable for us as the prior house was so small. We have persevered and laugh now as the towel racks fall from the walls..lol.The regular maintenance guy, however, is great and fixed most of the issues. He was very friendly and professional. He fixed the light issues.Glad to be pretty much settled..but feel rattled from this experience. Also, there are many additional fees for ways you pay rent..so try and inquire about how to pay no fees on the diff payment types. We are now legally bound for 12 mo...so more to come!!!???...we are praying it gets better.Whew!!!"Tis the Season"...to be grateful and realize our blessings. We are very thankful for our new home...but things could have been a lot more professionally handled as they are a major rental company here.

I had been stationed at Minot AFB and been a tenant in my apartment for over three years. I thoroughly cleaned my apartment after I moved out. They charged me TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for "cleaning" and another 155 for carpet cleaning even though I've never had a pet. The carpets were fine and very clean. When I asked why cleaning an already clean apartment was 200 dollars (another 155 for carpet cleaning) and asked for evidence of what needed to be cleaned or just any logical explanation, they said that it "happens to everyone" They refuse to talk to me in person or provide evidence or proof for why it was 200 for cleaning (because there was no evidence). My security deposit was 150. Overall they charged me 355 in bogus charges. You can kiss your security deposit goodbye and expect them to milk you dry for every dime you have after you move out. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people at all costs.

It's been great. Just signed another lease with them. Anytime I need maintenance done , it gets done. Anytime I have a question or concern, there always so polite. Just like any other business or company just have your bills paid on time and you'll never have any issues with this company. I highly recommend this company to anybody. Very awsome ladies that are the sweetest people ever working in there office.

These properties are not worth the price they are charging. I’ve looked around with several property management companies here and this one is no more than slum lords. Other properties for the same price are much nicer.

Hello I just wanted to share my experience. The company allows certain tenants to do anything while coming down on the tenants they know will pay. They are out so much money from previous renters that they will overcharge and hurt current tenants that are paying on time. Cause they know that way they can get their money. My neighbors have gotten eviction notices yet still live on the premises. They don’t pay on time yet are able to have an animal while tenants who pay on time cannot. I have spoken to this neighbor and it’s not a service animal. Also some tenants have had the company put in air conditioners for them however when I asked they “don’t do that” so I had to buy a $200+ air conditioner when I am living completely alone and already struggling to pay bills. They treat certain tenants better than others. Which is strange cause these same neighbors of mine aren’t paying on time all the time like I have. I might have one late fee. In over 9 months. One late fee. They will enter your home without notice and are seeking to overcharge all tenants. They were mad when I came into the company with an actual list of everything wrong with the apartment. They wanted to charge me for the past tenant destroying the place. So they found another way to take my deposit. This company sadly only cares about money and will overcharge if you pay on time. Worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with, and I’m sad to say cause at first I loved CPM.

BEWARE.. I only gave one star bc I couldn't put zero..they had us in an apartment with rats and told us it was our responsibility.. also they will do and say whatever to keep your deposit.
