Hated my original service, so switched to cricket, and miss Jessyca was very helpful in everyway! Very knowledgeable about the service and VERY patient! If it wasn't her for, I would've never switched my service plan. 5 stars and then some! Excellent service. Thanks again Jess!

I have had cricket service as a backup service. I've also had credits on my bill and now I was double charged. I've called customer support 3xs and had 2 call backs. One I missed the 2nd caller hung up on me. I have 5 active lines. If my money doesn't hit my account by end of business, I will have 0 active lines!!. Cricket sucks save your money and get anything else!!!
