Huge improvement in service at CVS Minot! Whatever you are doing Pam, (Manager) please keep it up! Your window and counter staff are so pleasant and efficient! The pharmacists/technicians fill prescriptions very quickly...within minutes at our last visit. You even offer a call back feature on your voice mail now, so no more waiting on hold for an hour just to talk to someone!
Your service is so essential to the community! Great improvement.

Went up to tell the lady I needed to update my information. She asked for my name and birth date. Told her she said “yup we have all your information”. I explained I needed to update it she must of not heard it or understood what that meant. So I’m sure I paid more than I was supposed to for the prescriptions (the ones they had at least. I have to go somewhere else for the rest) considering the insurance and address are 5 years old. People handling medicine should be more focused but it is what it is. Last time using this pharmacy.

Walked out of this place the 2nd time before writing this review. This pharmacy is the worst I have ever been to. Always a long line. Unfriendly workers. You ask them a question and they act like it's an inconvenience. See them b.s.ing with each other and no one is helping. This is why people buy from Amazon

Pam and Arlene are truly one of kind. They did exceptional work together as a team leaving me feeling cared for and respected in a timely manner. Beyond grateful for my experience yesterday at CVS Pharmacy with these ladies.

Our visit to the CVS drive thru was about what can be expected right now. The lady, Bonnie, who waited on us is always very friendly and helpful. Wait time can sometimes be long, but that is everywhere now when everyone is looking for more help. I don't believe there is a way to fix that much right now unless some teens go back to work instead of getting money from their parents.

I use CVS in other states, but the Minot ND store is an exceptionally great store with very kind and professional help. Best I’ve experienced anywhere!

My dentist sent a script over around 2pm & I was texted within an hour that the meds were ready for pick up. On arrival, there wasn't anyone in line inside to pick up, while there was 1 car in the drive thru. The staff were tending to the drive thru. After a very short time, another staff sane up. I had my meds in hand10 minutes & $3.06 later, after insurance. The gal working was neither friendly nor rude.
