“I bought a kicker box from them last week. In my haste, I didn't look deep enough into the wiring options for the box. Long story short, Terry (the owner) is now offering to order woofers with the correct impedence so the amp can run at full power. This will be a swap out at no charge. Very impressed that he offered!! There is a reason he has owned The Stereo Shop for so long. Highly recommend!!”

“Nicely stocked store. If there’s an issue, it’s with checkout - as has become typical at many stores. People with even half full carts shouldn’t have to check themselves out; the space was not made for that… but when there’s 0 or only 1 cashier working, there is sometimes no other option. Otherwise, great store with a pretty good selection.”
“Not bad, the service was good, the staff member I worked with was nice as well, even with my follow up questions. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is due to the compatibility issues I had with my install. I was looking for something that would work as close to OEM as possible and unfortunately the install I had would not, I also have a few regrets with the one I chose. Overall though the job was done right and no significant damage or issues with the vehicle. I will come again, just will be more weary about asking about compatibility next time.”
“The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and assisted me with all my questions. Specifically, they were helpful is testing out a handful of guitar amps. They did not try to up-sell or pitch anything unnecessary, which is much appreciated. They have a wide variety of hardware for just about any musical interest and are honest with what will fit your need. I hope to do more business with them in the future.”
“The help I received from this store is like no other! We are from Austin, Texas we unfortunately had to stay in Minot for a month because of medical reasons! My husband was in need of a chair to help him rest and Aaron's was able to deliver not only the same day but to a hotel! “Rich (from Karl's) was an absolute professional while he fixed our refrigerator/freezer. He went right to work, communicating what he was doing, and then worked quickly at the task on hand. When he finished, he explained what he had done and demonstrated the repair. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably and simply. Before he left, Rich grabbed the nearby vaccum to clean up his work area, even though what he cleaned was not his mess. What great service!!”
“I went into Verizon after my phone broke unexpectedly. I was disappointed that my phone wasn’t able to be saved and that I’d have to take on the unexpected expense of getting a new device. However, I had a great experience thanks to Wes. He was SO patient as he answered a million of my questions. He explained all of my options and spent time figuring out ways to save me money and make sure I got everything I needed. His customer service is unmatched and definitely softened the blow of the dreaded tech issues. Would 100% recommend Wes and this Verizon location.”
