“I bought a kicker box from them last week. In my haste, I didn't look deep enough into the wiring options for the box. Long story short, Terry (the owner) is now offering to order woofers with the correct impedence so the amp can run at full power. This will be a swap out at no charge. Very impressed that he offered!! There is a reason he has owned The Stereo Shop for so long. Highly recommend!!”
“Not bad, the service was good, the staff member I worked with was nice as well, even with my follow up questions. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is due to the compatibility issues I had with my install. I was looking for something that would work as close to OEM as possible and unfortunately the install I had would not, I also have a few regrets with the one I chose. Overall though the job was done right and no significant damage or issues with the vehicle. I will come again, just will be more weary about asking about compatibility next time.”

They did not try to up-sell or pitch anything unnecessary, which is much appreciated. “The help I received from this store is like no other! We are from Austin, Texas we unfortunately had to stay in Minot for a month because of medical reasons! My husband was in need of a chair to help him rest and Aaron's was able to deliver not only the same day but to a hotel! I was very impressed with how quick the process was I never had to set foot in the store! Giving me the ability to care for my husband and not have to worry about anything else!!! Thank you Aaron's team for coming to our rescue!”
“Rich (from Karl's) was an absolute professional while he fixed our refrigerator/freezer. He went right to work, communicating what he was doing, and then worked quickly at the task on hand. When he finished, he explained what he had done and demonstrated the repair. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably and simply. Before he left, Rich grabbed the nearby vaccum to clean up his work area, even though what he cleaned was not his mess. What great service!!”

“Needed to get a new phone (Samsung S8+). Power button stopped functioning and the memory is too small. Time for an upgrade. Only down fall, didn't have the 256 or 512GB unlocked phone on hand. We ordered it? no extra cost got the cobolt blue color too.”

“Went into the store in mid-May to upgrade our oldest's phone and worked with Joey up there. By the time we were done we'd upgraded 4 of 5 lines for our family, gotten a new internet gateway for our home internet and even added an iPad Pro.
Joey made sure our account was alright after and ensured the transfer wouldn't do anything funky to our bill moving forward (we've ALWAYS had an issue with this prior). I normally only ever leave reviews when things go bad but in this case with Verizon I wanted to let them know they got something right in this case.
Verizon, keep that man there and if at all possible, make sure he gets some sort of raise. I have nothing but great dealings with him and everyone else there!”
