I never do Google reviews but I just had to shout out Sarah Martinson for the incredible experience. I Love my hair, she was able to fix the damage and the gray, she gave me exactly what I wanted even when I didn't know how to explain it. Its so hard to find someone with the talent Sarah has. I would highly recommend her and I will be back for sure.

The best salon in Minot!!! I absolutely loved my time working at Evolution! Kami and Myndi created such a warm and supportive environment. It felt like a family, and they always went above and beyond to make sure both the staff and clients were happy. It's rare to find a place where you genuinely look forward to going to work every day, but this was it. They truly invest in their stylists education and skills. Would absolutely recommend this salon to any clients looking for a new salon, or any stylists looking for the BEST place to work!

I lived in Minot for 10 years and Myndi was my stylist during that time. I never once had an issue and I know if I had, she would do anything to make it right. Best stylist I’ve ever had! I always left with exactly what I asked for and my hair was so easy to style myself at home. Absolutely recommend Evolution Salon hands down!

Evolution Salon is the absolute best!! Mynd is my stylist and I’ve been seeing her for 15+ years. If I couldn’t see Myndi, I’d have full confidence in any of the stylists there. The atmosphere at the salon is relaxing without being too quiet, the decor is on point, and they have a terrific selection of products and extras like jewelry, hats, and makeup. I’ve been getting extensions for a long time as well as color and I’ve always been thrilled with my hair!

I always have a pleasant experience when I set foot into the salon. The team is very friendly and always keeping up on the latest products/trends/classes to best serve their clientele!

I had a really bad experience at Evolution. During the consultation, they quoted me $150, but when I went in for the actual appointment, they charged me $250 and the result was nothing like what I had asked for.
Jasmine, the stylist who worked on my hair, even asked someone else for help during the process, but I still left the salon with my hair looking awful. My roots were completely visible, like neglected hair. I told them I wasn’t happy with the result, and their only response was that they didn’t know what else to do.
I do not recommend this place at all.

I had a wonderful experience at Evolution Salon. A small detail that was greatly appreciated was that the salon is well ventilated. There wasn't an overwhelming smell from all the chemicals like most salons have. I booked an appointment with Savannah online for highlights and a haircut. Savannah was great at achieving the results that I wanted! She was extremely fun to talk to and efficient at her job! Nothing beats that fresh new hair feeling, this salon gets my recommendation!

So in love with my layered haircut! Tayonnie is so good. The previous salons I went to never get to achieve my hair inspo and didn’t really care so much about achieving it, but Tayonnie constantly asks me how I want it and she was able to do it with my hair! It’s just sad that I’m only temporarily living here as a college student, so my new found fave hairstylist will be far from me.

Worst experience I've ever had in my life. Specifically told a girl exactly what I wanted showed her pictures and everything and she could not comprehend what I wanted for my hair. I was giving a quote of $130 then overcharged almost to $200 and my hair looks absolutely terrible. Then they act as if they're oblivious and don't comprehend what they've done wrong. Worst hair salon ever

10/10 recommend Savannah. I went in today for the first time for a haircut with her and I cannot say enough good things. The salon was clean, the staff were kind and the price was reasonable. Savannah listened to everything I wanted and took the time to make sure it turned out perfect.
