I once again had the greatest customer service with Pomp’s Tire. My tire light came on and I called and got in within two hours to get it checked out. It was a valve stem repair due to my rim and they told me I need new rims as mine are eroded. I did have to wait 2 hours but my bill was free. This is the reason why I will go back there every time. They go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you for being the best.

Needed 2 new steer tires. Got there and they took me in almost immediately. Got done in a very timely manner and professionally. Friendly staff. Highly recommend this place.

I was extremely impressed with the friendly staff with a real desire to help the customer! I had a flat tire on August 6th and they had it fixed within 45 minutes of appointment time! These guys in Minot ND were extremely busy at the time! After the tire was fixed I had mentioned that I had experienced a smell from the rear wheel which caused me to worry! I was camping and we needed to check out by noon!
So I inquired at Pomp’s tire to see if they would have time to look at my rear passenger wheel to see if there was any issues! The service guy mentioned that their day was booked but he said if I showed up at 8:00 in the morning and he would have a guy take off the wheel to assess the problem but after 45 minutes he said there was nothing that he noticed would be of concern! And then I wanted to pay the bill and he said no charge! I couldn’t believe it!
I am from Manitoba and couldn’t believe the willingness to help and very reasonable in price!
I would encourage everyone to stop by Pomp’s Tire in Minot ND for all of your automotive needs!

Called at 3:30 pm looking for a front tractor tire. I'm 75 miles away. Got there at 4:45 and they got a new tire on my rim and I was headed home before they closed at 5:00. Super happy with their service. I will do business with them again!
