Place was filthy. The worker I asked if there was a men's section, was very rude and filthy McNasty. Also, they do not allow trying items on in their dressing rooms. WHAT?! Who is going to buy clothing without trying it on? Next. Do not waste your time here. On to Plato's Closet. Plato's Closet is much more clean, has better quality items, has a seven day return policy, also they let you try on everything in their multiple dressing rooms before buying.

This place has gone downhill everything is overpriced nothing is of value anymore they have so many signs of stating that they're going to call the police if you do something! I used to love this but every item that I picked up was overpriced and set back down and left with nothing! when I go into a thrift store I never leave with nothing in hand but Goodwill of minot has proved that they do not want to sell their stuff this stuff is donated to you make the prices reasonable you're not Target you're not Walmart your prices are crazy, I can go to the store and get brand new items that you have for the same exact price, I would not recommend Goodwill of Minot North Dakota I would recommend Dakota boys and girls they have very reasonable prices and they're actually willing to Will and deal with you but Goodwill of Minot North Dakota has lost my business forever, even the store owner wants to look overlooked my comment of how they are threatening to call the police with there new signs all over the store on every shelf. I totally understand that stuff has gone up but not at the thrift store volume sells you sell people's trash and other people find valuables in that trash you don't have anything special that the other stores do not have, the owner does not want your business understand that because I do, I mean seriously lower the prices and you will sell so much more and make up for your HIGH EXPENSES that you have maybe volume sells at low prices at high prices are you trying to make a collection of again things people gave to you when they moved out of minot you didn't purchase that stereo from the early 2000's nor did you buy that mini milk can for almost ten dollars you didn't buy that fade nba jersey or that book with the stains in it, somebody took the junk out of their house and donated it, yes i understand minot boy and girls ranch thrift store has a charity as well but when i go in there i ask could you please do 5 on this instead of 10 they are willing to deal because they understand that they got it for free, I mean seriously 4r thrift buys his stuff from storage lockers and business and still has Better deal than Minot goodwill, that man at 4r thrift knows how to do business again Minot goodwill will call the police in you if you even think of opening a box to make sure everything is there, do you check that everything is there I don't think so don't act like you are a darn gucci store because they don't even have signs that have to have them dam code on it to let you know, Walmart doesn't even care but you do please everybody boycott Minot goodwill force them to lower there prices.

Kind staff, organized thrift store, but a few major hindrances to it being a great place. Not having change rooms is a big problem for thrift stores to be successful. I understand low staff and some worries about COVID, but much business is lost without changing rooms.Alongside this is a no return policy which is wild because you can't try clothing which is the majority of what they sell.I don't buy where I can't try. Trying is part of the fun and every serious clothing store has that option even with potential for theft that can be managed.Hope these thoughts are helpful.

The flow of the store is good, the store is just ok, I have been to other Goodwills which was much better. Why arn't any dressing rooms available?(needed to try on something so i did not even look at clothes)The store has no color tag sales of the week?? ? (Folks would buy more)The prices are borderline high?(case in point the books)I will say the store is wellorganized and clean.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today. I went here there was a rude lady with short colored dyed hair on July 30th @ 3 PM. She was extremely rude!!! And I had gotten a robe that had identical shorts cause it was together and she charged me for the robe and then the shorts when they were suppose to be together. She then argued with my husband asking why was I charged for something that came together . They were connected on the hanger like a two piece comes. Goodwill has gotten so greedy on donations. They are charging people in Minot so much for “DONATIONS”. This is sad. Other restores in town are so much better. They don’t charge so much for stuff that they got for free.!

They have a lot of clothes, but there's several couple major issues. No refunds, no exchanges, no returns and NO open fitting rooms. You shouldn't have such a strict policy if you are always going to have the fitting rooms closed.

Found a great pair of slacks and added to my collection of Evergreen Trees and looks great on my fireplace! Susana is also so accommodating and friendly to everyone! She is a big Plus to your store.

Very high prices compared to most thrift stores I've been to. They had a promotion about 18 months ago where if you purchased a goodwill tote bag you'd receive a 50% off one item coupon. I specifically asked if the coupons expired and what the limit was. I was told they didn't expire and there was no limit. Then the pandemic happened and I didn't get a chance to use my coupons. When I tried to use one a couple months ago the manager told me they were all expired and they no longer accepted them. There was no expiration date on them and as I stated earlier I specifically asked when I purchased them.
