The last 2 scheduled apts only 1/2 the service requested was provided, I need to double check the service that was provided or ask the question if the service was completed, brought my truck to another service shop to finish the service again

I was searching online for cheap tires and came across Harry’s, I purchased 4 tires for a hundred dollars (too good to be true) I thought maybe they had overstock on cheap tires I never heard of. I went in in person to schedule a installation time and they told me they will call me on Monday that they have them in the warehouse, I call on Monday and they tell me that I need to pay for the tires still, I spoke to a woman in their financial department and she told me that the Harrys website was defaulted and that the quantity of four tires were bought but that it was a mistake, so I asked for a refund, I assumed it would be easy and not a struggle to get my money back , I called my bank and they said that no refund transaction has been initiated by Harry’s, this was on Friday today is Tuesday,besides the fake website and having to deal with bad counter service this place is still a zero

These guys do a great job! If something goes wrong they will make it right. Appreciate that attention to customer service. Their prices are very reasonable.

My best friend went here for tires and was told a price and then after they put the tires on they went and told him a completely different price. So if you like getting screwed in the tailpipe then go here.

Was quoted 69 for a tire with free installation when we called on the phone and got charged 239 when we got the bill. Was very fun to get scammed like that.

I can highly recommend HARRYS TIRE SERVICE. They turned what could have been a long evening, unpleasant experience into a testament to what excellent customer service looks like. For anyone in need of tire services, especially in an emergency, this is the place to go. They truly care about their customers and go the extra mile to ensure safety and satisfaction. Thanks to the whole team, especially Troy and John, for putting my cargo trailer back on the highway to Calgary on Saturday evening.

Had a blow out on my gooseneck trailer, the gentleman changing the tires wasn’t to happy, was very rude about it. I understand it’s late and you’re about to close but I live two hours from here and would like to get home as well, other then that gentleman up at the front desk was very helpful and respectful. I’ll be back as long as I don’t have to deal with that gentleman in the shop!

I brought my truck in to change out tires for winter. Arrived at 7:40, they pulled my truck into the bay at 8:05, I didn’t leave until 11:37. They told me that they had an issue taking off one of the rear tires. It has never taken more than 1.5 hours to change out tires. And to tell me it took more than an hour to get one tire off…right….my gut is telling me that they didn’t care that I was waiting for over 3 hours
Also either they need to learn how to use torque sticks/torque wrench or they need to get them recalibrated. All of my tires were torqued to incorrect and inconsistent torque specs. Some were torqued over 175 ft lbs and some were torqued to under 120 ft lbs.
My first experience was great compared to this one. I am not sure I will be back.

I have not heard from the manager yet.

The team is professional and helpful. My son is in Minot for college and he was having car battery issues. Harry's was patient and prompt with getting his car back on the road. I appreciate the help!

Had no problems scheduling an appointment and staff were helpful and friendly and took care of my problem in a timely manner I'd go back again if I needed any other work done on my SUV
