Re: you want me to go to your link.. no thank you. I tried to upload pics of the bill and the letter stating how much I'm supposed to be refunded. But conveniently it won't allow me to upload them.
I have to say customer service is very nice while they unbeknownst to you, rip you off. Once I returned the car and flew back home. I saw the charge come through. It was double the amount it was supposed to be. Yes, I did return it with a full tank of gas. However, they put down I drove 601 miles! Try 131.5 miles for 2 days. They charged me anyway for every service I declined. So my total went from 149.00 to 318.31. That's a huge difference! Yes, I added a driver. The guy said it would be 15.00 again he charged double so 30.00. I called customer service. The guy I spoke with was very nice. He said he would refund me 186.62. So far, I've seen 131.00 of it... I hope the other 55.62 comes through, like he said.

We were told that someone would be there even though our flight was delayed. We got in at 12:30 am no one was there. There was about 8 different groups who had to pick up a car with no one there. We all had to scramble to find rides. One lady called our shuttle while we were in it and we heard her on the speaker she was afraid because she was left alone outside the airport without a car and they made everyone leave from inside the airport at 1 am
We told the hertz lady about it the next morning when they arrived after 10 to help people. The lady we talked to did nothing but make excuses for whoever worked the night before. I’m not expecting anything will change. She didn’t care.

Honestly, if I could leave zero stars I would. The manager or whoever the brunette woman is with the bandaid on her neck, was extremely rude to me. I made a reservation online and had a confirmation and she told me there’s no cars. I asked how that’s the case when I have a reservation and she told me to quit wasting her time and basically told me to get lost. It was very unprofessional and shocking how I was treated. I would never recommend this location. The ratings make sense.

Extremely rude and disrespectful. The “manager” hangs up when questioned on her inability to assist customers. Said they were the manager proudly after lying to the customer.
Needs to be addressed. Save yourself the headache and Use Avis or anything else.

I went to pick up my car and the young lady at the counter said she couldn't take my card cuz i had a credit card skin and my name wasnt visible. So I took it off and she said It didnt matter she wouldn't give me the car. She said I could come in tomorrow and talk to the manager. I came in at 1130am (they open at 9am) and the same young lady told me the manager left for the day.

Reserved and prepaid a vehicle at this location, they refused to rent me the vehicle at the counter because they believed I was going to ‘steal’ the car. I can’t make this stuff up.

If I could give a negative 0 I would've.
I have never been so humiliated in my life. I was told by the staff at the counter that her boss Landa said they will not rent to me and to go to enterprise. To be honest I usually go to enterprise and I see why. I ask what was the reason the young lady couldn't give me a reason. This made my entire stay a inconvenience for everyone including myself. My lawyer was contacted. This is discrimination.

Landan's behavior is consistently unprofessional and dishonest, which reflects poorly on the customer experience at this location.
I recently faced significant travel delays due to weather and, based on prior experiences at this location, I proactively reached out to keep the team updated to ensure my one-way rental wouldn't be given away. (This has happened to me here before.) Despite my efforts, Landan's communication was unhelpful and overly dismissive. She spent unnecessary time lecturing me about how car rentals work, showing a lack of understanding of the complexities of business travel, and failing to address my immediate concerns.
Her attitude toward customers is unacceptable, and reviews for this location suggest this is a pattern of behavior. While I understand hiring challenges in some regions, Hertz should aim for better standards at this location. Proper training, attitude adjustment, and better customer service practices are sorely needed.
Ultimately, I canceled my reservation and opted to rent from Enterprise instead. This kind of experience drives loyal customers away and tarnishes Hertz's reputation.
Additionally my colleague had to return a car they rented within an hour as it was given to him with a flat tire.

I have rented from other Hertz locations and had no issues. However, if I could give this location a zero I would. Brent refused to rent a car to me bc he said I needed to show proof I worked for my locums company. I offered an email from my company and my drivers license which matched what he had in his system but he still stated he needed to call his boss which did not answer. After I asked him to call someone else he raised his voice and told me I will show him respect. When I called him out on being rude and unprofessional. He then said my mouth is moving and it needed to be shut. He continued to yell and be ugly with me. Now I emailed the manager of this location thinking she would be appalled at her employees actions but no Landa actually blamed my company for the issue with the rental.
Luckily I was able to get a car from National with no issues. So do your self a favor and rent from National, Enterprise, or Alamo at the Minot Airport they take pride in taking care of their customers.
