Highland Suites offers clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with particular praise for their concern and flexibility during travel disruptions. Went to the lobby to get a new card and The two workers were full, then 2 people in the back who worked there were doing nothing but looking at all the people down there. There was 4 people down there and 4 workers. But only 2 were working. Please work on your service.

Carpet was not clean. Half a pop in the fridge. Lots of renovation on the go. Bathroom clean and beds good.
