Worst Service we have had at ANY hotel- period. We booked our room over a month ago for this weekend and informed Reservations that we would be using our NewsDakota Wheeler Dealer (Paid upfront hotel stay tickets). We believed our trip we set and arrived at the hotel after a 3.5-hour drive to be told by the Front Desk Clerk that the General Manager (Ralph Kay) would not honor the use of the tickets because there was an event in town. We explained that we made the reservation with ample time and there had been no issue at the time of booking and we had used full disclosure. The Front Desk Clerk insisted that the General Manager stated no he would not honor the tickets. We informed her that 1 of the night's stays expires on 9/30/23 and we had planned to use it before expiration. It did not matter! So, we drove to Minot and will now be out our money spent on Wheeler Dealer and paid an additional $353.00 to book a different Hotel for 2 nights. Truly poor Customer Service on the General Manager's part. If he truly recognized the bottom line, he would have recognized the importance of keeping loyal customers- ones that have previously stayed at the hotel and recommended it to friends. We will absolutely never pay another penny to stay at this hotel and will never recommend it to anyone ever again. So short sided on his part!

Worst service ever, and it seems to be a trend. The receptionist seemed to be on something. She wanted to show me photos on her phone and was asking like she was on drugs. We arrived about midnight (with 3 children) and the room we booked online was not clean so they gave us a different one after calling someone to help her. We went to that room to find it did not have enought beds. Back down to the front desk. She makes another call and the recpetionist takes us up to 319 a different room. Still not enough beds. Back to the front desk again. Another phone call and the put us back in the original room (219) and say we will bring you a cot.The whole experience was exhausting after a 4 hour drive and tired children. We had to rearrange the room ourseleves to make room for the cot. When the cot arrived it was a man and a small white dog. The dog helped himself to our room. We took the cot and got it ready ourselves.Come to find out the man that delievered the cot to us WAS NOT AN EMPLOYEE OF THE HOTEL. Who was this man and dog? We have no idea.I have called 3 times and asked for a refund and the manager has not returned any of my calls.Rooms: The room was not what we booked online.Safety: Not safe at all. The receptionist had a man that was NOT an employee behind the desk and in the service room.

Booked a room months in advance. Showed up and they gave our room away and had no rooms left, went to the baymont next door, much better hotel and service.

This hotel was amazing to us when our flight was cancelled. The rate was great. We were allowed to check out very very late since our next flight was later in the day. Such a nice bunch - we really appreciated their concern.

Booked for the state fair for cheap in the beginning of January, then received an email 03/17 that my reservation is no longer available and that they are overbooked. I am sure the people that had to pay the much higher rates later (after I booked) still have a valid booking.

Only booked here through expedia because they had a pool, when we got there the pool was out of order for at least the past 6 months. They did however offer us a free pass to the local YMCA.Clean, comfortable and quiet .

I really liked our stay. We were there for 3 nights. The location was perfect, so close to many places we wanted to go. Staff was very friendly.

The night clerk was very friendly and helpful. I love the zero entry pool for the little ones. The break fee ast was average but better than most places.

Supposed to have rooming cleaning every friday they never come, have to beg for clean sheets and toiletries, constantly ring front desk bell for service. pool room is ALWAYS close down. breakfast sucks and unsanitary. Downstairs bathroom always have left species. rooms are spacious just have to vacuum every so often and dvds box need dusting. mall, grocery store, movie theater, and fast food places are nearby or less than a mile. I would say go to baymont right beside it. unless your in for something cheap!

We were told our room was ready but when we opened the door it was a disaster and still had bags from others. The general manager stated yes it is the construction crew and they were told to get their stuff out so you will have to wait until it’s clean. Manager was very rude and not willing to help make things better. Would not recommend staying here because of the manager the person that is supposed to be in charge of visitor concerns could care less about her guests I feel sorry for the employees that have to put up with this spawn of satin day in and out

Clean, convenient location. Comfy beds. Booked it cuz of the pool. Made sure to read reviews to make sure pool was open. Went to ACTUAL site to book. Walked in and there was a note in regards to the pool being closed :( :( ...checked to be sure I couldn't get a refund, it said online there are no refunds, but I checked any way cuz we wanted the pool experience, I get it...covid! :/ dude at the front says "it says on the site it's down...I'm looking at it. I look every where. It says NOTHING about it. He says I promise you, my manager says it's there. I tell him to tell his manager it isn't there, cuz hey, if it was there n isn't any more n if I was a manager I would want to know. My son thinks I was being a Karen, but come on!
