“Scott from the SRT internet help desk saved our internet speed today. He used a technique he called technological intimidation (troubleshooting) to bring our wifi speeds from around 100 mbps to over 500! We were worried because we weren't getting the speeds we expected, but he got in there and fixed everything in under a half hour. Huge shout out to Scott!”

“Went there for home internet 08/22/2026, very experienced and friendly customer service. Explained how it works and what to expect, left with the router, got home plugged it in waited about 5 minutes, and bam, both my TVs and our phones recognized it and everything works great so far 🤞, will update after a couple of weeks. Thank you T-Mobile.”

“I went into Verizon after my phone broke unexpectedly. I was disappointed that my phone wasn’t able to be saved and that I’d have to take on the unexpected expense of getting a new device. However, I had a great experience thanks to Wes. He was SO patient as he answered a million of my questions. He explained all of my options and spent time figuring out ways to save me money and make sure I got everything I needed. His customer service is unmatched and definitely softened the blow of the dreaded tech issues. Would 100% recommend Wes and this Verizon location.”

“These guys are on it. I mean anytime I might have had the slightest of issue or just a question, they're on top of it. Friendly, easy to speak to, (no language barrier) and very very helpful. If you are thinking about Midco, didn't bother. You should just get the service. They are amazing!! Great job guys!!!!”
