“I went into Verizon after my phone broke unexpectedly. I was disappointed that my phone wasn’t able to be saved and that I’d have to take on the unexpected expense of getting a new device. However, I had a great experience thanks to Wes. He was SO patient as he answered a million of my questions. He explained all of my options and spent time figuring out ways to save me money and make sure I got everything I needed. He used a technique he called technological intimidation (troubleshooting) to bring our wifi speeds from around 100 mbps to over 500! We were worried because we weren't getting the speeds we expected, but he got in there and fixed everything in under a half hour. Huge shout out to Scott!”
