“Scott from the SRT internet help desk saved our internet speed today. He used a technique he called technological intimidation (troubleshooting) to bring our wifi speeds from around 100 mbps to over 500! We were worried because we weren't getting the speeds we expected, but he got in there and fixed everything in under a half hour. Huge shout out to Scott!”
“My Flip7's inner screen went almost blank on Saturday morning on May 2nd. I then first took it to the AT&T store C in South Bismarck to file a claim, and the rep there, was arguably telling me that I didn't carry any phone insurance and did not even offer to check to see if I could file a warranty claim, so the next day I took my phone to North Bismarck at store A, and a young gentleman by the name of Isaiah, assisted me with my phone and I was granted a warranty claim though AT&T, which made me very happy, especially saving me a $250 !!
I hope AT&T recognizes these two employees on a job well done and they restored my faith in AT&T!!”
“I bought a kicker box from them last week. In my haste, I didn't look deep enough into the wiring options for the box. Long story short, Terry (the owner) is now offering to order woofers with the correct impedence so the amp can run at full power. This will be a swap out at no charge. Very impressed that he offered!! There is a reason he has owned The Stereo Shop for so long. Highly recommend!!”

“I went into Verizon after my phone broke unexpectedly. I was disappointed that my phone wasn’t able to be saved and that I’d have to take on the unexpected expense of getting a new device. However, I had a great experience thanks to Wes. He was SO patient as he answered a million of my questions. He explained all of my options and spent time figuring out ways to save me money and make sure I got everything I needed. His customer service is unmatched and definitely softened the blow of the dreaded tech issues. Would 100% recommend Wes and this Verizon location.”
