BEWARE—— ALL OUR TOOLS, WOOD WORKING TOOLS AND SO SO MUCH MORE WERE STOLEN… We filed a police report when we found that our stuff was stolen, over $8,000 of tools mind you… then the next day, my husband found the majority of our stuff on this BIZMAN for sale, and it had been listed for 3 and 4 weeks… so when they claim they have 24 hour surveillance they are lying…. And when you sign the contract that states your items will be safe and under surveillance They will NOT!!!!!!! The police shared with us the power was cut off to the units before break in’s and so everyone stuff is at risk now…. Customer service is no help either and will do NOTHING to help you… On top of it the insurance they sell is a joke still no one has contacted me regarding this incident…. People don’t rent from places like this please!! You stuff is valuable and you need to make sure it is protected properly and they will NOT assure this for you even though they say they will…

Avoid this model of self storage. The customer support is horrible if you have a problem. The customer support person is somewhere far off in the universe and has marginal English skills. Apparently, there is no one physically in Minot who will be able to help you if you have any problems with the unit. There is no one available locally to help you. My unit's lock was removed and a red lock from someone associated with Minot Self Storage was put on in place without my knowledge. No one called me to let me know there was a problem. My account is fully paid and in good standing. The support woman far off for some reason had the combination to access my unit with the new unauthorized lock. I asked dozens of times why my lock was removed or why the red lock was put on my unit but she could not answer the question and could not call whoever in Minot they use to place red locks on their units. The overall experience has been terrible because no one locally can help if you have something come up like this. I rented this unit because it was big. I will be moving my property to a different storage facility with some type of local support next month.

Was in storage unit less than 2 weeks and it was broken into and no working security cameras. Place is a joke. Avoid at all cost

Ive used uhaul several times and. This was the worst experience i had. Management was extremely rude to me, charged me for a lock that was suppose to be free and was told to “refer to our website” and my card didnt work for the door so i called and the lady hungup on me then went around the building and stood by the counter about 5-7min before an employee came out again the employee was rude to me then returning the truck ontime waited in line for 10min just for manager to be rude “you can do that yourself on the app” i already tried the app and it froze and then my phone died. Then she said i had to go find a different employee outside. The guy told me the same thing “use the app” yet he was helping someone else behind me return thier uhaul. Why even have employees if they are rude and dont even do thier job not one of the three working there helped me any i got charged for a lock that was suppose to be “free” i got a smaller unit than i reserved, and thruthfully going to get my stuff outa there asap

The owners do not take care of the property, nor take responsibility of keeping the property lines (drainage) in proper condition.

I paid for my first storage unit to store my vehicle and was greeted with the previous owners old stuff. So then I canceled my subscription through the website and was given an error code. I call the place immediately after asking why there was other stuff in there and to be moved to an available unit. they then told me that I canceled and needed to re pay for a new spot and couldn’t undo my cancellation even tho it happened no more that 10 minutes ago. All in all, paid twice to be moved to another unit that I had to look for. Email says I was refunded for the remaining of last month but see no sign of said refund. And have to bother the towing company the next day to bring back my car. Horrible experience.

What an incredible company to work with. So helpful on the phone and managed to get me signed up and moved in faster than I expected. Honestly it was by far one of the easiest things I have ever had to do.
