The stylists are experienced and can create complex hair designs, including curly and wavy haircuts, braids, and wedding hairstyles. One customer consistently receives amazing haircuts with no complaints and had their hair done for their wedding and a friend's wedding at the salon. The staff are kind, excellent in their craft, and make customers feel comfortable, as if they are hanging out with a friend. A specific stylist, Shaila, is highly recommended for her amazing cut, color, and style. She is extremely friendly and welcoming, making the experience very comfortable. Another stylist, Doreen, did an excellent job on a customer's hair after not having it cut since before COVID. She took the time to answer questions, recommended products, but did not pressure the customer into buying anything. The customer loved the recommended shampoo and conditioner. Overall, JCPenney Salon is a great place to go for a wonderful hair service experience.
