Nice selection of clothing, but the last time I needed a suit, there was someone to help with fitting. Now the employees were too busy. Dressing rooms were filthy with glitter and stick pins and needed a really good vacuuming. A far cry from what JC Penney was. In need of a face-lift/remodel.

I’m a Native American woman who was just shopping at JCPenney and I had to leave due to the picture taking from a strange worker there. Plus all the other workers were watching us like hawks.. bad experience for me and my sister, don’t go there if you’re Native American or indigenous. I added one star so my review will be seen, I really don’t think it deserves any stars.
