Jerome's is a Five-Star Establishment! The staff are prompt and courteous. Scott took me through my service from start to finish. They answered all my questions and completed the claim with my insurance company. The quality of work was flawless. They had my vehicle only a few days compared to lengthy down time at other shops. The cherry on top was the beautiful detail job they did. I was so moved by their level of service and attention to detail. Jerome's goes above and WAY beyond what I could have ever asked for!! If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! I brought in my truck after someone hit the front of it in a parking lot. I was welcomed in right away. When looking at my vehicle Jay explained everything very well. Once he was done with the estimate he explained everything to me. I let him know this was my first accident and he broke down the steps for me.
While waiting for the estimate to be completed everyone that was in the office or walking through was very welcoming and friendly (especially Goose!!)
My truck was done within the week! I was honestly very surprised at how fast it was completed.
Highly highly recommend!!

They charged me more the the estimate but the finished product was amazing. Motor homes are not easy to fix.

I had someone back into me on my way to work a random Tuesday and I was able to get my car into Jerome’s the next Monday since I had to juggle insurances and everything. Jerome’s kept me updated every step of the way. Brooke made sure all the parts were ordered and there in time for when I was able to drop my car off and was very friendly. Everyone I talked to was very nice. They were quick and thorough with the repair. If I ever need my car repaired again I will be going back to Jerome’s. Definitely recommend if you are in need of a repair!

I unfortunately needed to get my car fixed after an accident, but I’m so glad I went to Jerome’s to get it fixed! They were so helpful and very very quick (my repairs took only a few days). Tyler was great in keeping me informed throughout the whole process, and did a great job repairing my vehicle. If I’m ever in need of car repairs again, I’ll definitely go back!

The staff was incredibly professional, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process. The quality of the repair work was outstanding – my car looks like new again! What could I say they completely exceeded my expectations, the quality of work is amazing and they even touched up a few extra things free of charge. Tyler was a really helpful giving me a step by step process on what’s gonna happen. I will definitely go back to them if I ever need major body work again
