Traded in my old bike for a new bike at MCHD this past summer. Process was hassle free, friendly and fair. Bike had a few initial electrical gremlins that were diagnosed and taken care of by the service dept. Service dept team is responsive and easy to deal with. Its nice to have a local HD dealership you can count on.
