Menards is a popular shopping destination known for its excellent customer service and wide variety of products. Many customers appreciate the organized layout of the store, making it easy to find what they need. The staff, including helpful associates, has received praise for their knowledge and assistance in selecting the right tools and equipment for various projects. Menards offers a mix of items that combine the features of stores like Lowe's and Home Depot, along with a selection of bulk supplies reminiscent of Sam's or Costco. Customers enjoy the convenience of finding everything in one location, from home improvement supplies to snacks and local food items. However, some reviews express concerns about the condition of plants, such as Hydrangeas, suggesting that better care is needed for the flowers sold at the store. Overall, Menards is appreciated for its diverse offerings and exceptional service, making it a preferred choice for many shoppers over competitors.
Customer service was professional and respectful. They didn't take too long and charged fair amount to check what was going on with my vehicle.
