Service can be spotty, and if you are late in a bill they will be very persistent with calling you asking when your bill is going to be paid otherwise service will be cut off. We just moved and unfortunately I didn’t get both their names, but Courtney was very professional and pleasant. They had to re wire our house from the outside and did so without complaint. All in all I would recommend midco. My husband was able to set up our last house with no problem after we created an account for service with them.

SRT 45 dollar a month is faster than Midco 84 dollars a month...trash company, they keep asking if we want to upgrade but everytime we pay extra dollar it still the same..slow very very slow.

Their connection is pretty well but Midco chooses to call me at 6 in the morning, refuse to talk to me even though my number is there, we’ve added my name to the account several times JUST so I can answer the phone and then when you try to call them back, it’s not a direct line, no, it’s a whole automated service that will have you sitting there for hours, by next month I am choosing to shut off my Midco services because they are actually impossible to get a hold of and will not do their job by adding me to MY OWN ACCOUNT y’all SUCK

Customer service is terrible, product is severely overpriced, best channels are unavailable due to contract negotiations.Do yourself a favor, get a different service!!

Not able to get the speeds advertised that we are paying for so instead of providing a Pod (enhances service) as a customer service gesture… we have to add as an additional cost to our monthly bill. This issue is from the sales dept because tech support could not provide one.

I had a great experience getting new service with Midco. The gals in the office were knowledgeable and helpful. I opted to do a self install which ended up that I had no service to the ped. The office had me scheduled for a tech that same day. Richard, tech #40228, did a great job! Very respectful and thorough!

The customer is not great I was on hold waiting for them on multiple occasions for over 45 mins to an Hour. The have it to where you can talk to a live agent and I never got a reply.
