“We were changing POS systems. I found out pretty late in the game that I needed everything hardwired in. I had also moved the time table of set up from 2 months to 3 weeks (before I really realized what I needed to do). I absolutely needed CAT5 cable strung through our building (and quickly) for it to work. It was hard because I barely knew what I was asking for. Travis and team came out twice to plan for the techs and their success. He was so kind to me. He was worried about stringing it in a way that looked nice and didn't junk up the place. He assured me it could be done when I was really nervous about the timeline I had adopted! He told me to call if I needed any last minute help. We have been doing this for 4 years and we have worked with lots of folks. It has taken 4 years to stock pile a list of contractors who are exceptional and experiences have rarely been as awesome as this one! Kind. Easy. Planned and implemented to perfection. Great job to Travis and team! We are thankful for the expertise given and the implementation team who even vacuumed up their dust after their visit! “I bought a kicker box from them last week. In my haste, I didn't look deep enough into the wiring options for the box. Long story short, Terry (the owner) is now offering to order woofers with the correct impedence so the amp can run at full power. This will be a swap out at no charge. Very impressed that he offered!! There is a reason he has owned The Stereo Shop for so long. Highly recommend!!”

“I went into Verizon after my phone broke unexpectedly. I was disappointed that my phone wasn’t able to be saved and that I’d have to take on the unexpected expense of getting a new device. However, I had a great experience thanks to Wes. He was SO patient as he answered a million of my questions. He explained all of my options and spent time figuring out ways to save me money and make sure I got everything I needed. His customer service is unmatched and definitely softened the blow of the dreaded tech issues. Would 100% recommend Wes and this Verizon location.”
