Piss poor customer service good to deal with until they get your check cashed don’t stand behind products they sell after it’s out the door they have the attitude the consumer is out to get them and screwing them over definitely not the rural people I know and deal with from Western North Dakota maybe they would fit in a little better in a larger populated area where values and views are different

I don’t mind shopping at North Country for things that I need. They have a nice store. But I generally don’t feel valued by the staff. I called to ask for product recommendations and was left on hold and forgotten about after waiting 15 minutes on the phone line. When I was in the store a worker counseled me, claiming I had wrong ideas and told me I needed to get more educated about horses before he had even heard my problem.

Customer Service is outstanding, I had a flat tire Tuesday after hours, parked my SUV outside their location in Kenmare that evening and Wednesday morning they were already getting me set up with a new set of tires. Appreciate the fact they value their customers time and could get me back on the road so quickly.

Our one stop shop for the backyard birds and food for the indoor cat. They offer a punch card reward system for pet food - buy x bags and get 1 bag free. There are free sample bags, they let you sort out what works best for your fur friends. Prices are beyond reasonable, especially with the punch card program. Options for the birds are top quality and are greatly varied as well. The end of season clearance is insanely cheap! Stop in and give em a try!
