I have never had a shopping experience like the one I had at this Old Navy, Shelby was amazing, accommodating, personable and went above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable while I shopped. She assisted me with finding sizes and sections of the store that I couldn't find right off hand. At checkout the cashier was very nice and even allowed me to go grab an item that I wanted but wasn't sure about the price. Excellent experience all around!!

Located at the mall, Old Navy had a sale going on the day we were there.My granddaughter picked out 5 new outfits for about 60 dollars.She felt like a princess, being able to pick out whatever she liked, and the young lady who helped her mix and match was super nice and patient.She helped her choose different colors and how each outfit would look with different pairings.Would definitely come here again.
