Tried a larger size that didn’t work and they made the return quick and easy. Found some toys for our furry one that we got him instead so not a total loss. Staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and organized with everything easy to find.

Puppies will be puppies and eat just about anything and eat something he did because Charlie coughed and swallowed funny and didn't seem able to clear his throat. My wife called Dr. Schoenberg around midnight with concerns and after trying a couple of things with the dog, it was agreed since he didn't appear to be having difficulty eating or drinking, to bring the puppy in the next morning. Charlie appeared to be doing much better in the morning, but my wife took him in to the clinic. Dr. Schoenberg was very kind and very good with Charlie. Although we were probably being over protective "parents" my wife's experience both on the phone and in the clinic were excellent as Dr. Schoenberg was understanding and kind to both Charlie and my wife.

To there credit they tried to give Me new ones but I was already 3/4 done with My meal . And now refunds on orders either , that was a first . I came in to pick up my order as they opened- 30 min earlier than JJs. All the orders were ready and labeled, which meant they likely came in early to get it done. Very thankful for their help.

1935 20th Avenue Southeast, MinotI volunteer here and they always care deeply for the animals. The staff are kind and the animals are well taken care of. I unfortunately haven't adopted from here due to work hours but I would definitely recommend them.
