“The pharmacy has its ups and downs as far as peak times and slower times. The slow times tend to be right when they open and about 1 to 2 hours before they close. Everybody there is very nice and helpful though.”

“Huge improvement in service at CVS Minot! Whatever you are doing Pam, (Manager) please keep it up! Your window and counter staff are so pleasant and efficient! The pharmacists/technicians fill prescriptions very quickly...within minutes at our last visit. You even offer a call back feature on your voice mail now, so no more waiting on hold for an hour just to talk to someone!

“Next level service. Without a doubt the best pharmacy in town. The customer service is a home run every time. The staff is extremely helpful and I never have to wait for a prescription more than 24 hours and there is never a wait when I go in. They let me know when my order is ready and it’s in and out without standing in line. I cannot recommend them enough to everyone in town.”
