“Called in service this morning after i found a leaking wheelseal on my drive last night, to see if they have a open spot.
Got told he has to check and would call me back in 5min.
Got the call and got told they can get me in, no problem.
So went there, dropped my trailer after approved the estimate quote and got into the bay shorty after that.
After a bit of time they approached and ask some questions and told me it would be an fast and easy fix, as it seemed to be just the seal and no other components were effected.
Bill was less than the quote.
So I appreciate their honesty, as they could have told me fairytales about what would have to be done and take my $$$.
Great to see that not every shop is dishonest and try to rip you off....
I know that next time there might be not a fast in and out, as they seem to be pretty busy.
But I'm sure, they'll try to get you back on the road asap they can.
Definitely keep them in mind when coming with issues to Minot...
