Pleased with overall service. The message that is sent to you upon arrival as a text so that you may reach out if you wish needs to be paid more attention to. I reached out to have an additional service done on the vehicle and never got a response. While picking up the vehicle I realized the additional service wasn’t completed.

I have had a variety of work done on a couple different vehicles lately and I always receive the most excellent Customer Service from Isaac and his team. Lacey, Heidi, Makaela and even Billy bring it every time. Their gracious and sincere interest in my well-being is not just a part of their uniform. I believe it reflects their true character. They make me proud to drive luxury vehicles and pay top dollar.
They all deserve a raise so dig a little deeper HR. I know there’s a lot of money going through that place ownership..🫵🏼😉

Although this is the only Cadillac dealership here in Minot, I wouldn’t ask for anything better. Eberyrime ini have to drop my car off for a maintenance check, oil change or anything of that matter they take care of my baby and leave me always satisfied
