They want above and beyond to get my truck checked out and fixed. Ryan GMC called them because their diesel guy was on a 40hr job. Ryan Chevrolet got me in and fixed the issue that oils have created more headaches for my road trip.

I am NOT a person who leaves reviews. But after having hands down the absolute best experience here I knew I had to. I worked with Nathan Lee for over a month, and I have nothing but positives to say. He was patient, kind, informative, and not pushy. I have never purchased a car out of want not necessity so I had no idea where to start, and Nathan was right there to help! I am so anxious and was so nervous/stressed I was going to make the wrong decision, but not once did that deter Nathan. He didn’t rush me and kept looking around for me until we eventually found the perfect car for me. It has all my wants and needs and I’ve had it for a few weeks now and I am still in love with it. He made it so easy and not stressful (which is heard to do with a customer like me), but he nailed it. He listened to me and found me exactly what I wanted. Ryan Chevrolet now has a life long customer because of Nathan.

This was the worst experience I’ve had with Ryan Chevrolet in the past 2yrs. Had my 2023 Silverado 1500 in for service Oct 24 for oil change/service, check engine light and navigation system not working. Got checked in right away for my 8am appt. That’s where the good part ends. At 10 I was told I should hear something soon. At 1 was told nothing definite but it’s being checked out. At 3 I contacted service and asked for an update. Oh sorry it’s done had to order part. When I arrived and got my truck the Oil change service tag in window was not changed/on board service notification not changed, did not get the car wash that they asked if I wanted. Oct 27. Part arrived schedule for 7 Nov. dropped off night before due to work/appts. Appt scheduled for 7:30am. At 11 got first text still waiting for tech to get a free stall. 1:16. Still waiting for stall. 3:28 text: he will have it done by 5. Got there at 5:30 advisor already left. Got keys truck still hadn’t been washed but weather was not good. I don’t usually leave reviews especially negative ones but this was unacceptable. Communication was lacking and services weren’t completed to standards.

I called for 1st oil change. 3 hours later my cheverolet high country 3500HD Diesel dually was in there oil change, they initiated a tire rotation and hooked me up with nitrogen for the tires. Everything went great!

My experience with Drew and the staff at Ryan Chevrolet exceeded my expectations of the car buying experience. This was a very painless experience in car buying. In the past I dreaded closing on car buying and paperwork but Ryan Chevrolet has improved the process and made it very easy. It was a enjoyable experience.
