Spent $30,000 cash on a pickup with a 6k mile warranty at Puklich in Bismarck because the Ryan salesmen were ridiculous. 2 months later, Ryan Chevy wants $6,000 to fix all that's wrong with it - and the BIG items were checked off as OK on Puklich's B.S. 126-point checklist. I'm 55 miles over the CarBravo warranty, because Ryan put me off for a month. And now just STUCK sucking it. $30 k, and haven't had a vehicle for over 2 weeks now, and I won't until I shell out MORE cash. WORST. SERVICE. EVER.

Under performed on the timeframes they gave me. I had a Wednesday appointment and it kept getting pushed off till late Friday. Then called and said that it would be $7,000 to fix. When they sent the diagnosis sheets there was $500 just to diagnosis the problems. They had routine service on the sheets like cabin air filter replacement that had nothing to do with my problems, and $80 for license plate bulbs. Seems very excessive. When I had questions about the service the customer service person did not know the answers to my questions about the more serious issues. She then called back with the answers later.

I would highly recommend Ryan Chevrolet as a dealer of choice for anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. My experience today was the most relaxing, inviting experience that I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. Seth the salesman even trusted me to take the 2019 Taurus Limited for a test drive on my own. I give Seth top marks in professionalism and courtesy. As well, Eric ib finance was top notch. I truly am satisfied with my experience at Ryan Chevrolet and look forward to purchasing my next vehicle there.

I made an appointment for 9:45AM. My truck went in at 11:45AM I talked with the service manager and he explained to me that my appointment time was just a check in time. They have check ins every half hour. That doesn’t mean my truck will be looked at upon my appointment time. He said that everyone should be told that. I wasn’t told that. The reasoning I was given was that this ensures that all techs are working all the time. If they get a no show or cancellation last minute, they are still making $100+ an hour on their techs. That is way more important than good customer service or customer relationships. Good service will keep customers coming back. So they just heard you in so that you can wait. It’s now 12:45AM and still waiting. Good customer service keeps people coming back. I wish I would have read some of the reviews before I came.

Overpriced vehicles and condescending staff. Would not recommend. Everything on their lot is valued 1,000-4,000 over blue book value. They do a “market adjustment” to compare their own inflated prices to justify all those markups. They do this because Minot is in a remote area and they know people will buy out of desperation. What a scam. Don’t do business with any of the Ryan dealerships as they are all the same.

I always have a great experience at Ryan Chevrolet! Kacey always makes sure everything goes smooth. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and got a ride to work. When they were done, I asked if they could deliver my vehicle to my workplace since I was out of town and unable to get back before they closed. It was great to get my vehicle issues fixed and return to my workplace to a clean truck (they have a complimentary wash.) Thank you Chevy Crew for your great sercice!

We bought a used car from Drew Lavik and were very pleased. He took care of everything and was easy to work with. The vehicle had a fair price and they treated us well.

The work was good but pricey. I was charged $16 for the mechanic taking the packaging off my windshield wipers. I left my car to be maintained while I was out of town. I called the dealership to let them know my return date and asked if they needed me to pay for the car over the telephone. The person I spoke with said "No, you will be fine until you pick up the car." Then I was called by another representative and told that she was doing her "end of the month work" and that I would need to pay for the car right then. I paid for the car right then even though I was at a funeral. I told the representative that I had already spoken with another representative and had already taken care of this matter. She said I still needed to pay now. I was a little taken aback to say the least.

Dropped my truck off Monday evening in drop box for my service appointment scheduled at 730am Tuesday. No envelopes in drop box to put keys and fill out information on my truck. Luckily I got there before sales floor closed and salesperson gave me a plain envelope to write on. I received a text from Kacey Tuesday morning saying I can communicate about my truck that way. Texted Early afternoon Tuesday asking about my truck. Was informed it is still outside , waiting on open bay to check it out. I asked why my appointment was at 730am then, Kacey said that is the time we meet with the customer, no guarantee when your truck will be looked at. So about 3-4pm Tuesday was informed they don’t have space or time to look at my truck until Wednesday. Nothing I could do because I need it looked at so left it overnight again. Kacey said will be looked at first thing in the morning. Texted Kacey at 1030am, no answer. Tried calling Kacey at 1pm Wednesday to find out what was going on, she took busy to take my call. She texted me at 107pm and said technician driving my truck now. Tried calling her again at 245pm to find out what is going on. She too busy again to take my call. I asked to speak with her manager, Josh, and he was too busy as well. Five minutes later, Kacey text saying technician found nothing wrong. I am heading there now to drive with technician to show him issue. Also plan to meet with Josh to share all of this I will add to 1 star review after. I will be bringing my business elsewhere I guess. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Absolutely fantastic experience. It was an easy process and we found our dream vehicle. Dylan is an excellent salesman and person to work with. This was our first brand new vehicle and we could not be happier.

Incredibly disappointed in this dealership. Contacted Dylan to purchase a truck from them, attempted to contact daily for an update, after submitting a credit application went 4 days no real response except “you’ll hear from us soon”.Finance manager called me asking ME for a copy of a blank lease contact so he can fill it out and send it back to me. Are you serious? License, credit app, insurance all in and we can’t even get a copy of a lease contract? Now finally got a call today after waiting 5 days saying they would prefer to sell it to someone local… is my money different because I’m out of state? What’s the difference if I’m out of state vs from North Dakota? Terrible communication, don’t push me to commit to a truck within 5 mins and then decide to cancel on me 5 days later after making arrangements to pickup the truck this week. Incredibly poor experience here - buyers beware. 0 out of 5 stars.

Charged 2000.00 dollars more than the quote, dropped car off in Jun to finally pick up on 10/3. The head lights were not working at all, still have a active code for traction control which I brought the car in for. Lights were dragging on the ground that apparently were not installed. I was in formed well my car has alot of aftermarket parts. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I even went and bought another corvette to have to drive this summer from a different dealership.

Typical lying dealership. Be ready to hear words like might and maybe a lot. I took my truck in for an oil change what's an appointment at 1:00 p.m. I also asked them if it was possible to get the truck serviced. The woman I was speaking said might be able to get it done but will contact you if we can't. I can tell you right now this woman never contacted me once without me calling her first. After waiting in line at the entire day and it was about 4:00 getting to the time when they were going to close. I was forced to call them to find out what was going on and she said she couldn't get to it and it was okay to keep it overnight. I told her it was okay but only because she said she'd get to it in the morning. The next day comes around and it's about 1:00 still haven't heard anything I'm forced to call her only for her to text back a while later that that they might get to it. She hasn't asked me if it's okay to keep the car another night which it wasn't she also promised me that she would get to me that afternoon. Guess what 1 hour from . I'm forced to call her myself still hasn't gotten to me. At this point I'm rather angry and she told me after calling me back again that they get to it tomorrow morning and the technician That was supposed to work on my truck was sick. Now you might ask how a technician that called in sick is going to fix my car that but apparently that was an important to inform me about. I said it might be okay if they keep the car overnight but if it doesn't get fixed in the morning that I was going to bust in give them a piece of my mind and leave with the truck or at least that's how I meant it but apparently she took me saying bust in as I was threatening her. I honestly didn't know how to respond to this. After a pretty awkward silence she hung up on me. I of course know nothing about what happened to my truck so I called management. Honestly I expected this conversation to go him listening to my side, realizing that this wasn't going to work and just wanting me to pick up the truck now because at this point after this woman accused me of threatening her I wasn't going get within 10 ft of her let alone let her service the truck. Instead the manager decided to argue with me as well screaming at me while yelling at me to stop screaming. He accused me of not having a appointment which wasn't true. Then being forced to concede that point and saying it was for an oil change which was true but I want to remember this part specifically. The whole argument struck me as rather odd as me giving multiple points that I was lied to and him denying everything. Then he actually asked me if I wanted my truck serviced still and in fact asked me this multiple times. I couldn't believe it. No logical human being would think that was going to happen. I told him I just wanted the truck back. When I got there I got somebody else to get the keys because I wasn't going to go close to that woman. It had become clear to me right off the bat that they hadn't even done the oil change. His entire argument about me not having an appointment and that was the reason I was getting pushed back was completely ridiculous. Clearly when I asked them to service the truck they wanted to use that to keep pushing me back until they didn't have any other work. He lectured me on how needing an appointment was What mattered and they couldn't even do the thing I had an appointment for.

I went in for my first oil change sooner than it was due because was preparing for an upcoming trip that would have extended beyond my oil change expiration. The people handled my unscheduled appointment without question. I appreciate the professionalism each representative conveyed. The timing may have been ideal upon my arrival because they got me through in reasonable time.

Had a rocky start when I was looking to buy a vehicle. But thanks to Seth Langehaug the buying experience was great and I would recommend to anyone to go talk to him if they are in the market. Again thanks for your help Seth and looking forward to future business with you and Ryan Chevrolet.
